Glad ya'll are safe. My grandmother is in Naples and luckily her younger neighbor took care of her and her husband.

I am extremely new to the collecting hobby, and just about crapped my pants when an order I made of about 10 slabs on eBay weren't pulling up... now that I remembered there is a natural disaster going on I am sure that answers that.

@connorhula It looks like the Verify Certification is working now if you want to search the cards again.

    Hi Balzer,

I can address the slot request question.  I see 5 slot requests from you dated August 10th and we are currently working on requests from the 9th.  Your slots should be added later today and we apologize for the delay in adding these.  We have an overwhelming number of requests and have added a new team member to help work through the backlog.  You may add any additional slot requests to our queue through Request new slot in the set type the card would be eligible.

@CGCRyan would you please respond to the Pop Report issue?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I am new to this.  I noticed that their Bulk rate it said 50-cards minimum.  Does that mean have to send exact 50 cards or any numbers of cards as long as it stays within 50-card minimum?  Thanks!

Thank you for joining us here and for reaching out to us. For Bulk service, you are required to have at least 50 cards in your submission, but you may have as many as you would like above the 50-card minimum threshold.

Is it possible to drop cards off without mailing?

CSG accepts submissions from CSG Collector members through the mail or at select shows only. CSG Collector members are not able to drop off cards at our office. CSG Authorized Dealers and Group Submitters may drop off their cards at our office if they make an appointment.

On Thursday, August 4, Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) is premiering “Collect This!”, its first foray into podcasting. Hosted, written and produced by veteran sports podcaster and bestselling author Alan Goldsher, “Collect This!” will engage, inform and entertain hardcore sports card collectors and casual sports fans alike.

From the highest peaks of Jordan’s legendary career, the six sneakers in the Dynasty Collection™ are the most important group of game-worn sneakers ever assembled.

Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®), a leading third-party sports card grading company, was entrusted to certify the authenticity and provenance of the sneakers in the Dynasty Collection. All six sneakers will now be showcased by CSG in a once-in-a-lifetime exhibit at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey, taking place July 27-31, 2022.

Many companies have a number of cards that must be sent in before they will grade any cards. Before I upgrade my subscription, I only have two Trevor Lawrence signed rookie cards I'd like to get graded. Will CSG grade just two cards??

Yes. There is no minimum number that you must submit with the exception of our Bulk service level which requires a minimum of 50 cards. All other service levels do not have a minimum.

If the card that I am submitting to get graded has a manufacturers autograph and is already guaranteed by the manufacturer, do I have to pay for the autograph to get certified when submitting to get graded?

Yes, all manufacturer autos (pack-pulled) must have the auto graded. CSG does not grade in-person autographs.
