  1. You can do the add-on autograph service to any card that we grade that has manufacturer’s certified (“pack pulled”) autographs.  Yes, you can do a one card submission if you would like.  The Bulk tier is the only service tier that has a minimum card requirement(50 cards).

    No. They all are listed as ineligible type.

    @Puppydog914

    Ok, so they would have been designated SU Service Unavailable and "Ineligible Type" would be the reason the graders gave.  You shouldn't have been charged for those so if you were then contact customer service to get that resolved for you.

    Did the 1965 Topps Football cards get the SU "Service Unavailable" designation?  If so, then you shouldn't have been charged for those as CSG does not charge the grading fee for Service Unavailable.  If you were charged then you will need to reach out to CSG Customer Service at 1-888-274-4723 and ask to speak with Accounting.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.  In response to your inquiry:

    CSG has developed a proprietary algorithm to determine a card’s final grade based on its sub-grades. While we can’t reveal how we arrive at a final grade and sub-grades for a specific card, we can share some guidelines. First, it is important to note that the final grade is not simply an average of the sub-grades. Rather, it is based on numerous rules that are built into CSG’s proprietary systems and grading process.

  6. The countdown to the 2022 Winter Olympics begins with these two CSG Pristine 10 cards.

    Chloe Kim was already a snowboarding superstar when she was selected at the age of 17 to compete in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. Living up to her reputation, she dominated at the games, earning the US two gold medals and earning herself the title “Queen of Snowboarding.” As the 2022 Winter Games approach, Kim’s return to the Olympic halfpipe is anticipated to be a highlight of the games.

    Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG™) recently certified two cards featuring Chloe Kim from the 2018 Topps US Winter Olympics set. A #USA-33 Chloe Kim Bronze was graded CSG 10 and a #US-36 Chloe Kim was graded CSG 10.

  11. Are you referring to the numbers under the grading scores (See attached photo)?  If so, those are not counts.  They are points that have been assigned based on the particular card, its rarity, value and the grade. Top sets are eligible for prizes and recognition amongst other collectors. The registry allows you to showcase your collection as well as to see the collections of others. You would need to create a set under one of the established sets in the registry or you can request to have one added if you do not see it listed in the registry.  You can make set requests here

    On the Online Submission Form, choose the Bulk tier option along with the Sub-Grades Add-On and then hit ADD CARDS.  Once you have added all of your cards that you want sub-grades on then hit REVIEW CART.  When you are on the Review Cart screen, hit the ADD ANOTHER SERVICE button and you will be taken back to the tier screen.  From there you can choose the Bulk tier again and hit ADD CARDS.  When you get to the Add Cards screen, make sure you select the Autograph check box for each card that you want to add that grading option to.  When you are finished adding all of the autograph cards you can hit the Review Cart button again.  You just need to make sure that the total number of cards is a minimum of 50. The 50 cards can be mixed between ones with sub-grades and ones with the autograph grading option.  Please Note, these are considered different services and it will cause the cards to be split into two invoices and will be shipped back to you separately.
