@Warner85 I created a thread that is pinned to the top in this ASK CSG forum that you can list any cards that are not showing up in the CSG Population Report. I will try to regularly compile the list and forward the information to have the cards added.

@jyo1912 Good afternoon.  I have been told that there are some system issues that are being addressed and worked on.  Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. I apologize for any inconveniences that you are running into.  Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the next few days.

It appears that we have made some improvements in terms of lowering the label information on cards with no sub-grades.  Here are a couple of recent examples of cards that have been certified by CSG that have only two lines of copy and no sub-grades.  These are just two examples, but this is what I have been seeing on cards graded in the last couple of months.

@LCANY At the moment, all I have been provided are the dates of our upcoming shows in 2022.  As soon as I receive any information about the submission process and turnarounds for the Philly Show, I will share them here.

An HGA encapsulated card will need to be cracked and sent in raw as a regular submission.  Cards in PSA, Beckett* and SGC holders can currently be sent in under our Crossover service. The turnaround time would be determined by the service tier that you select for your submission.

*CSG treats Beckett BCCG encapsulated cards as raw cards. BCCG cards will be removed from their holders and crossed at any grade.
