  1. Worlds Finest 65 VG $175 (Small tear by the "W" on front cover both staples attached.)
  2. Terms: Paypal only Free shipping on sales above $100 unless outside of the US then please add $10 10 day returns on all ungraded books. (If I missed restoration or other major damage 3 months) Graded books sales final unless arrived damaged beats PM messaging Going to sell some inexpensive GA under a few hundred and maybe something interesting.
  3. Was that supposed to be a two-parter because it just quickly ended and felt incomplete.
  4. Looks good. Always been a huge fan. A good time to post this. A rare Matrix collectible you don't see often with only around 4 or 5 known copies. Late issue pressing: Matrix Hong Kong Laserdisc
  5. A-. Very fun. Loved the fight sequences. Fantastic visuals and great villain. Also liked Awkwafina.
  6. One of the more heated debates in Art history class studying overseas used to be... Which is more important to save in a burning building, the Mona Lisa, or the security guard inside? You wouldn't believe how many said the painting is more important than the person.
  7. No because that would deface the Mona Lisa, I can enjoy the Vitruvian man on something else much better.
  8. Part of collecting for me is obtaining, viewing and preserving the books in the best original condition as I can. Maybe because of my art history background I kind of think we are custodians of these for future generations. Getting a sig. on some of these very rare pieces feels just the opposite.
  9. So what about the next guy? Unique artifacts also?
  10. DaVinci signed the Mona Lisa? I mean there are theories inside the eyes. But certainly not across the artwork. Ok you think there is no limits no matter how rare unique or historical? Not even a little upset?
  11. Do you have any limits on signatures? For me, it's kind of a sliding scale for me. This one not so much since there's 30 high grade 9.8 copies and numerous others in various other grades. However, I know I'd be irritated if someone got a signature on the high grade Mile High Action 1.... or numerous other high end pedigree books. (LIke some collectors have done) I would also be very irritated if someone damaged the Mona Lisa, tour out pages of a Birds of America book or wrote "Mine" on a high grade Honus Wagner card. Doubt I would own any of those, but it also, A. Sets a poor standard going forward as you are likely only going to own the book for 20 years tops. B. Set a bad trend that might effect something you want to buy. C. I just don't like to see rare artifacts defaced.
  12. This one doesn't bother me as much as some, but I believe the whole business of signing of books is overrated. It becomes offensive when the books rarity is extreme.
  13. Mail call. More Boris... Such a cool cover!
  14. I came very close to buying that one. Great book!
  15. There's some Mad's an EC, Adventure Comics and some other stuff I haven't bought yet. I started out buying around half of what was found so far. I found another book while doing a little searching. Hopefully there's more.
  16. Craigs list. These were all mostly really glossy, some with white pages. All have some various defects that keep them from high grade but most have huge improvement potential. Really like the War 11 and the Wild 2. Great devil interior on the Wild.
  17. I watched the first two. The first one wasn't too bad. Enjoyed the WW2 Iron Man/ Super Agent Carter. I'd say it was a C+. The 2nd one felt a bit too cartoonish/goofy, kind of boring as well. I would rate that one around a D/D+. Hopefully these improve.
  18. Adams did so many great Gothic horror cover, and this one is certainly near the very top
