  1. I believe he does the majority of the time. I know he has regular, in person meetings with the CGC comic employees.
  2. I have just been told this: We fixed this problem in 2021 with a grading screen programming issue. This book was graded in 2017 before the fix.
  3. You are correct. He has been working hard as well. I get e-mails from him on weekends and have received several between 7:00 and 7:30 AM.
  4. Now? As in for the longest they just weren't being graded? Maybe under the wishful tat times that should be added. Economy (Pre - 1975) $400 $35 Fast Track: +$15 220 days Fast Track: 23 days (we are currently not grading Economy submissions) or (we are currently grading Economy submissions) This would explain why i have one that's been there a year. It was a poor choice of words. I went back and checked. On June 6th I received a note saying: "we’re starting a push on that this week." Anyhow, I will refrain from posting in any of the turnaround threads in the future. The TAT's are listed on our website.
  5. I am very sorry that this happened. If you would like my assistance, please send me a personal message with your order or customer id number. I will escalate this to the proper people in management. Mike
  6. Why? I'm not going into too much detail but, it takes some time to implement procedural changes within a company. In some cases, new equipment is needed. For example, some equipment was ordered a few weeks ago to help prevent scratches on the slabs. For some things, I believe QC improvement will be measured in weeks.
  7. This is the correct address to send us cards through the USPS CGC Trading CardsP.O. Box 4701Sarasota, FL 34230
  8. Sorry to hear that. It will take time but, the QC manager and I have been working hard to fix the problems we have been seeing.

  10. Hello Packages get delivered directly to us. We don't have to go and "pick up" packages. I recommend giving it a little more time, and either the tracking will change or you will be able to track your submission when your package is opened and entered into our system. Mike
  11. That is correct. 2 years is the maximum amount of time a user is able to edit a post, despite the box being checked as unlimited.
  12. If the only thing left to post is nasty things, I might as well lock the thread. Maybe I'll change my mind after a while.
  13. I cannot confirm that grading for economy stopped. However, it did slow down.
  14. @CGC Mike has it been long enough? Is there any hope? It is my understanding that we are now grading economy submissions.
  15. Hello You would most likely have to send it in for prescreening.
  16. Hi Please send me a PM with your submission number and a picture or two, and I will find out what happened. Mike
  17. Hello You are correct. This card was removed from the database. Mike
  18. Hello It's impossible to tell from a photo, but I doubt we would grade it as an error. Mike
  19. Thanks for the heads up. It seems that many people are hoping for graders notes, or more detailed graders notes that would answer questions as to why a book received the grade that it was given. Am I correct in assuming that this is the takeaway from this thread? I can try to get a definition for water tideline.
