This is what I was told. Please post any info that might help to resolve the problems. As authentication to the chatboard is tied to their account on our website the duration is subject to the policies there. The duration is set to the session length which will generally end if the browser is closed or they are idle too long. This is different than the issue where they would be signed into the website but not the forums which was resolved. Do you know if these users are accessing the boards via a computer or mobile?

Hi I just answered your question in your other thread. If there is no UPC on the cover, we grade as NG COVERLESS. This is because the Sketch Edition (blank outer cover variant) has been removed. The other copy you speak of either has the UPC on the cover, or it is a mistake and should have been graded as a NG. Mike

I am not going to remove this thread. However, in the future, make sure you list a price for all of the books you post a list of. For an entire day, you had a long list of specific books in your first post, and only attached prices on 4 of them. 5. A sale thread must list specific books with purchase prices. It is acceptable to bulk price, and/or note that package discounts may be available, but you must list a starting price that you will sell the item for.

This is what I was told from the team: We don’t put that information on every book. If there is specific things you want noted, we can research and add it, but you would have to send it back and pay for a reholder. Best to have you send the info to me/us first, and once we confirm it’s going on the label, then you can send it back.

The forum works great for me. I have sent an e-mail to web help. They are going to want more info. So, I recommend people post their specific problem(s) you are having with the chat forum.

It's not unheard of for a book to have no mention of artist/character info. With that said, I will check with the team, and see what they have to say.

So, I just reached out to someone that knows everything that goes on in the SS program. We have all of the books. The artist did not take them with him. We will get this wrapped up as soon as possible.

It's up to the graders to determine which variant the book is. I think the mistake in this case was made there.

Sorry. I was given a correction for the statement I made earlier. "The one below should have been a NG as well."

Ok, I spoke with the team about this. Here is what I was told: If there is no UPC on the cover, we grade as NG COVERLESS. In this particular instance, it is because the no UPC version was actually the inner cover for the Sketch Edition (blank outer cover variant) that was removed. That other copy on ebay is the UPC edition that was NOT the sketch edition with the extra cover.
