  1. In addition to the normal rules, (shipping, payment info, return policy, Picture and/or grade) you MUST list a BIN price. Several auctions have taken place here. Many of them were successful.
  2. I think the answer is no.
  3. Everyone is responsible for maintaining good QC. The graders do not put the books in the slabs.
  4. That is correct. I was at CGC last year, and recently verified that there is still a QC team.
  5. I have been told there is a QC department, and we have very low defect rate. I will continue to periodically send them examples you guys post that have slipped by, which will help us to improve.
  6. I am not aware of any list of the actual books the labels are taken from.
  7. There wasn't anything in the settings to improve Visibility of the journals. So, I have recommended to the Senior Site Reliability Engineer that he ask Invision if they can fix it so every time someone posts in an existing journal, it would boost it to the top of the page like the regular threads do.
  8. Once I have my refund I will tell him. Right now all I want is a smooth return then I’ll let him know CGC is aware of this mistake. Thanks. I hope he contacts us.
  9. I agree that it is good to point out possible shady activity. That is why I allowed some posts about this in the FS thread. The for sale section is not the place to hold these discussions. Especially AFTER I made my post in the thread. There are multiple places including the general discussion thread in the selling only section where discussions can take place regarding this. As far as your last question, yes you can. Do it anywhere except the thread where I said stop.
  10. I have locked this thread, as I see no good coming from it. Do not start another one. If someone is interested, they can send you a PM.
  11. The operations manager asked that you contact him directly regarding this, and he will try to make it right with you. I will send his address via PM.
  12. Yes. About 10 to 20 business days to open the package, and enter it into our system. At that point, your submission will be visible to you, and you can watch it go through the different stages of the grading/encapsulation/shipping process.
  13. Lets put an end to the unnecessary comments in this thread. Note the screenshot from the terms of use below.
  14. Hi Processing of orders generally runs about 10-20 business days from delivery depending on current submission volume. Mike
  15. I have a meeting tomorrow afternoon with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer regarding this.
  16. Dena is no longer associated with the forum. Let me send someone else a link to this thread.
  17. Web help said to try again in a few days as we hope to have added them by then.
  18. I'm not hating on anyone, especially if you read through my message. Just saying it stirs the pot up a bit when those that see that and get angry that their books have been sitting at CGC for a month, while Greggy's books are done in days of receipt. For future reference, everyone is allowed to share their experience in this thread, and nobody gets special treatment regarding their TaT's. So, lets move on.
  19. You will not be charged. I will have it changed to a mechanical error before we receive your package.
