Well, little Ryan has grown all up! Now doing TOOL concert posters!!!! My favorite band and Heshka combined = awesome

Glad I sold mine at the peak because every sub that has been in Sarasota for 8+ months is coming out with 2 or 3 copies. I still have 6 or so copies at CGC right now. Granted, when he does show up in the MCU that won’t stop it from jumping up to a $1,000 book for a period…

Thanks!!!! Just tried it again…this is what I’m seeing. Hello @AGGIEZ The issue is there is not a numerical score associated with that item: PG will represent individual pages or wraps submitted to CGC for encapsulation. CVR includes front covers, back covers and full covers. Incomplete copies that contain more than one wrap will continue to be encapsulated in the NG category. Because these parts fall below Poor on the comic grading scale, CGC designations will not apply a technical numeric grade. https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/4326/CGC-no-grade-designation/ Since that cert number is not an actual book with a numerical score, it cannot be added to the registry.

Wow…I’d fly to Sarasota and walk that on through…

Disney+'s MOON KNIGHT series starring Oscar Isaac (2022)

Loved the trailer! Looks well done so far… -
Stumbled in to this thread last night, which made me go box diving in to my copies. I used to pick these up when I ran across them in the $0.50/$1 boxes and have quite a few copies of all of them. Pulled these later printings out. How rare are these? Also, I noticed some variation in the first prints where they have CAN/US prices with “early July” stacked…then on some its CAN/US/UK prices stacked without the book date.

And to think I used to pass those up in the dollar bins a few years ago…

SCORE UPDATE RECOMMENDATION: Hellboy Supplement nn - this one is a bit unique. Given the rarity of this one, and the sales I've seen, I'd recommend a CGC PG move to 200 points (e-Bay sales pic). For the lone CGC 9.0 slab on the market, who knows....500 points seems fair. Side note....I keep trying to add this book to my registry set but it states that it isn't valid. There is only ONE book that snuck through CGC with a CGC 9.0 grade before you guys started slabbing these in PG slabs. HOWEVER, my previous unsigned CGC PG copy was OK for the slot.... Know who I can speak with to get this one in to my registry set? San Diego Comic-Con Comics 2 - the CGC 9.8 Universal is currently 440. I'd recommend this be increased by at least 50% to 670 (screenshot of last 6 below). CGC 9.8 Signature is only at 484. I'd recommend that we increase the points to 1,000 for CGC 9.8 SS copies based on recent sales (screenshot below). San Diego Comic Con #2 UNIVERSAL SIGNATURE Scores Adjusted per request. Supplement nn is present in the Hellboy (1993-1994) set. Can you attempt to add that book to your set again, I would like to see the specific error message generated. Thanks!

If we're going this deep, please add: Hellboy (1993-1994) Wizard Magazine #31 (March 1994) Slot Added 1/31/22

Drop a beat... "Close your eyes. Picture a convict. What’s he wearing? Nothing special – baseball cap on backward, baggy pants. He says something ordinary like, “Yo, that’s shizzle”. Okay, now slowly open your eyes again. Who are you picturing? A black man? Wrong. That was a white woman. Surprised? Well, shame on you." Peace out....Prison Mike...

Outside of Comicpalooza, cons seem to be sparse in Houston. Dallas always seems to have quite a few, but Houston just the one big one per year. I'd love to hear about some of the smaller conventions that are being planned in 2022.

Going to Have a Small Comic book Show. Looking for ideas/thoughts
AGGIEZ replied to fastballspecial's topic in Comics General
Those are brilliant recommendations! I've been thinking of setting up at a show to cull the herd, but certainly don't want to invest in a rack for a 1-time thing. Now to find a Houston show to setup at... -
Do we all have unrestricted access to CGC Mike? I'd like him to check on a few of my Modern sub... Any relation?

These books were sent in the same box back in May, lost in the warehouse, then "Received" on 8/11/21... MODERN RECEIVED: 8/11/21 25 Books SHIPPED: 12/8/21 MODERN RECEIVED: 8/11/21 9 Books G/E/I I don't know what is going on at CGC, but the issues I'm seeing tell me they really need to bring in a Japanese Kaizen expert to review their broken processes.

Watched the finale last night with the wife. Really liked how they wrapped it up! I feel like this was much needed after the poor showing in the original series finale...which I felt was weak. The whole show is watched with mixed emotions, rooting for a serial killer of killers, but I think Dexter killing Coach Logan tipped the scales for me and the end was fitting...especially after he flashes through all of the 'innocents' that died because of him. Maybe not at his hand, but as a result of his actions. At that point, I was good with the ending. NOW, it'll be interesting to see if they call it done or try and do something with Harrison and maybe have Dexter as the "ghost" in his head. If I'm betting, I think they're done...
