Last couple of orders have been pretty difficult to swallow given the amount of money and time invested.  

TMNT #1 - #4 box damaged and rejected at CGC
18 books submitted in January mislabeled AFTER CCS in August and sent back  because they added Prescreen and all but 3 rejected.  Prescreen is a mandatory 25 books. Using ME status to resend.

Walkthrough just now for a perfect TMNT #1 Sixth print.  It was not a candidate for CCS. States it shipped.  There is no grade listed ... d'oh!  I still have 200 books in process and regretting giving my debit card several months back as even though I updated the CC weekly thousands are being debited. Use a prepaid card or credit card for your modern orders!

Thanks guys!  I'll call first thing in the morning.  Still very new and appreciate the direction and feedback!

In the "Where in the World was the QC" thread, someone recently made a post about do-it-yourself grading kits.  I think we're experiencing do-it-yourself customer service.

I tried calling and they are closed.  I really hope these books are in good shape.  They left here NM so surprised at the reject although I don't know the prescreen grade level.  

What am I not seeing here on the prescreen? I submitted these I believe in January or March. 

I'm showing Submission #4013446 which is 18 books somehow showing prescreen and 16 books were rejected however my packing slip has nothing on it regarding a prescreen?
Anyway to have these books graded as requested in Order #: CGC2540667377?  I really hate paying for pressing on all books for them to be rejected in a prescreen that I didn't request?

"Double cover" graded it is.  My inquiry has been answered in a satisfactory response.  Thank you.

The Malibu Sun #13 has potential for the first 9.9 ever!  I'd definitely take a 9.8 however!  Also as a novice, I grouped books in pairs shown below and hoping that doesn't influence harsher grades somehow.  ****Love the suspense of it all!

Ok, looks like they have a new customer incoming.  Do you have a link for pressing and submittal services?  I have a few TMNT #1 3rd prints and teens I need pressing and submitted!

Found a perfect TMNT #1 sixth print to submit to CGC this week.  Only 1 universal and 1 signature series in 9.8  Really think this one could go 9.8 or even higher.  Flawless!

My TMNT #1 Second Print has two cover grades for double cover.  In grading were both covers graded for this book, seeing as the cover was added at a later date?  Just curious. 

Statement made in the grading industry disagrees with current CGC take

... considers any cover added post manufacturing as a facsimile cover, regardless of their origin.
