  1. What would a Flash 217 double cover go for ? The first Neil Adams storyline with the GL/GA backup. I have a real nice copy of this , though I paid over guide the inside cover is an easy 9.4/9.6, outside 9.0/9.2 . I was considering slabbing and selling, but I dont know alot about the double covers.
  2. Big KUDOS to ABRACADABRA for some very nice TTA/TOS books. Fast shipping, and an all around cool guy to deal with !
  3. I want a copy of that FF in HG so bad. Ronin is such a cool character !
  4. Kudos to King of Rulers for a very nice and conservatively graded Doom Patrol 99 (first Beast Boy). Sweet copy and fast shipping ! (thumbs u
  5. Thanks for the fast payment, glad you like the books ! (thumbs u
  6. KUDOS to PARK for picking up some books in my last sales thread. Great guy to deal with, fast payment, and all around nice guy ! (thumbs u
  7. BIG KUDOS to COIN ADDICT for picking up a House Of Mystery Lot. Fast payment, and a super nice guy. (thumbs u
  8. New Thread starting today. Havent decided on a theme, but I think the FF28 in the PGM forum right now will be included. Early X-Men appearance at a fair price.
  9. Huh? Shouldn't that be precisely what you're doing? Guaranteeing the grade and that the book is not restored? Or have I logged onto eBay by mistake? Nothing in life is guaranteed. And if it were E-bay you wouldnt be seeing me.
  10. Raw and GPA are apples and oranges. By selling a book using GPA pricing you are pretty much giving a guarantee that the books selling WILL DEFINATELY grade out to what it was quoted at, and that no RESTORATION is done to the book. Basically making you a walking liability. If someone sells a book quoting the GPA price for a 9.2 and the book gets a 9.0 someone is gonna be very unhappy with the seller. The difference between a 9.2 and a 9.0 can be quite significant in GPA. So then what ? Does the seller say "oh im sorry, my grading sucks and I am prepared to eat $200.00" ? I highly doubt it, but you never know. GPA is good for CGC books and a "ballpark" of what a raw book "could" be. That is my 2 cents , I would not buy a book for GPA unless it was graded.
  11. Seriously I am always amazed with this board. Now I will end up asking someone how to do this. Sorry I am a little off with this stuff.
  12. Today will be a War Thread. Some nice G.I.Combats from later in the run (30 cent issues). All will be priced below guide.
  13. Kudos To Hes Dead Jim for fast payment on the FF #3 ! Great guy to deal with !
  14. It's only $4.60 on the internet . . . well, until next week that is. $4.80 then! (thumbs u I did not know this, thanks for some helpful info. When I go to the postoffice it is $5.25 , so this is helpful (thumbs u
  15. ThatOneGuy just inquired about some books in my FS thread. Anyone what happened for him to be added ?
  16. I hate high shipping. Priority envelope $5.25 includes delivery confirmation. Why would that be marked up ?
  17. New thread today. Weird westerns, bronze marvel's , Marvel titles (tales, spotlight,premiere,etc..) And some other good stuff. Maybe throw in a few lots from my last sales thread. But there will definately be some keys. And maybe more monster comics.
  18. I will be starting a thread in awhile, bronze age and up, mostly marvel. It will be book/grade/price. And scans will be available when requested. It is a fairly large amount of books, and dont want to have people scrolling through 3-4 pages of books. There will be some western and horror alongside the usual super hero stuff. Starts in about an hour.
  19. That would be one part. What about people whos books have not been shipped, and get no response ?
  20. Go with what skypinkblue said. Fraud, which is clearly what this is.
  21. I agree completely. Arex I should have added that IMO, no one should do business with anyone that doesn't offer a money back guarantee, I don't care who they are. The only reason I would hesitate to give back a money back guarantee is if someone has buyer's remorse, and we are all big people here. You have to own up to your decisons. I have committed to some big books and wished I hadn't afterward. I still own up to it as agreed cause it was my bad. If the book is without question as described and graded (ie it comes back from CGC as or better than graded), has no hidden defects or a PQ problem then the buyer shouldn't have the right to return the book. Having said that, it is very difficult to differentiate between a difference in grading and a wonky buyer so it would be on a case by case basis as someone that is not rumored to be a Twinky on these boards will get more favor than someone who is. R. Some really solid points also. If the buyer decides they just dont want the book, not that there were defects, then what ? Then give them their money back and sell the book to someone else. Thats kinda what I figured. I also think what SKYPINKBLUE had to say was good points. I dont know why I typed the whole thing in caps..
