Up to you if you want to block this user/seller: comixfanatic
Offered a slab in the marketplace and lowers price a few days later. A forum member claims it at a lower price. The forum member appears to try to reach out after the sale and subsequently finds the slab sold on ebay for the original price on the same day it was claimed here.

No, CGC only gives the yellow label if it's witnessed by CGC (including CGC facilitators). In some cases, they do accept signed comics directly from the artist or publisher (according to CGC's sig series page). They do not verify sigs like other companies.

What happens if Mike has already filed for bankruptcy (2020)? Oregon Bankruptcy Court site indicates PACER may provide more info about cases (which I don't have a subscription to, if someone else does). Not sure if the same person: Michael David DeChellis | 6:20-BK-61600 | Court Records - UniCourt. Shows "Pending - Other Pending".

Not sure I understand the question. Are you asking the value (you can look up previous sales on auction sites)? Are you asking your potential profit (would depend on what you paid for them)? Are you saying you arrived at CGC or are you saying you have two copies?

At least two of the sales appear to be in the seller reported as sold, relisted the book section at the bottom on the daredevil 1 GPA page.
It doesn't note the cert #, but it does say Yellow 5.0, and the prices match.
The earlier two sales didn’t indicate the cert number on gocollect either. I was just glancing and noticed the same chip in the corner and then zoomed in on the slab to get a look at the cert.

Can't be graded unless it's open and out of the bag, and not to mention the seam of the bag can cause a crease on the cover.
