Spoiler
In my experience, once they get the package, it usually takes them a week or so to log it into the system. If they're busy, it may take a little longer.

Might want to ask/post in the Ask CGC forum. They usually reply within a business day if you post:
Ask CGC - CGC Comic Book Collectors Chat Boards (cgccomics.com)
You could also call, text, or email customer service.

Hey Guys, just about ready to send off my first box of 4 comics for submission, and have noticed I have 3 comics under grading /modern that adds $80 for return shipping, then 1 comic under grading /vintage that adds another $80 for return shipping, then gives a total of shipping as $160. Is this a fault? And I joined as a premier member that supposably adds $150 credit to my account. I definitely don't see any $150 credit on my packing slip. Any idea's?
Because you have comics in two different tiers (modern is a different tier from vintage), they count it as two separate submissions (and thus, two return shipping charges). As for the credit, they do that on the backend after they receive and log submission; they'll see if you have any credits and apply it then and charge you any outstanding balance.

Lightning,
In response to your comment: ""It has been indicated that the notes are primarily for internal use, grader to grader, made available to us as a courtesy." I've heard this and similar responses this forum. Do you have a reference? If so, please do share.
A few folks have asked in the Ask CGC forum, and it seems to be a similar reply. They say that notes are not part of the "CGC Guarantee" but if available, they provide them for free. (below are some of the responses I found)

Have a pic of the cover? Or which volume/series?

Typically for polybagged comics, the label will say “Polybagged Edition” or something similar with notes that indicate the bag was removed. CGC will not grade the book in the bag. Also note that polybagged comics might have creases in them, so folks may open them up and have them pressed before submitting for grading.
