From the list above I have scanned the front and back covers of each issue and I will post the books once they come back graded. If you want to play along with what's the grade here they are.

This book does have about an inch and a half spine split on the lower area and the bottom staple is rusty

Oh and I'm on chrome

This is easier on the eyes. Although it's  more of the skin when I was signed out and not the yellow skin I used. But somewhat of an improvement. How great would it be if they gave use the old skin types back with this new functionality  

Oh and I run google chrome with a ad blocker I had to manually block the ebay add at the top one time but now it does it all the time

It downloaded when i clicked on the link. I had to click on the download at them bottom dogs got talent 

Going to take some time to get use to link test change of color like that easy enough  . Look like the file size is limited to 450k per image and photobucket still works for larger files .

FF 44 old label 8.0 GPA is 80 Asking 65.

 

I'm getting these ready and will hopefully get them shipped out tomorrow for grading.

After these are out I'm going to work on getting a modern 10 book lot out for grading.

I have scanned and entered all my graded books into the registry. I plan on being more active in trying to move up the charts in registry points. I know the "registry" may not be perfect but this is more of a competition with myself and setting marks to move up the list.

My Starlin collection groweth. And I guess I'm finally on the price variant train.

 

Nice pick up on the price variant. Kind of surprised how many there was this auction.

Just wandering because I have my own ideas on books just curious what other people think and why they think it.

 

It's the life cycle of movie or TV related over hyped books which are actually common in all grades across the board.

 

And it's a life cycle that we have seen rinsed and repeated on a countless number of these types of books, without any notable exceptions at all.

 

The real question is, why do you believe it will be any different for IM 55?

I'm just going to quote this and throwing these numbers out there on 2/1/2017. The 90 day average on GPA for a:

9.8 is 6,001

9.6 is 2,711

9.4 is 1,837

9.2 is 1,381

Between those grades we're talking over five hundred books. I'm just posting this because in my opinion this book still has room to grow. The way marvel writes Thanos is amazing. I will read stuff just because Thanos is involved. Thanos Rising actually got me into reading some new books again. I figure he still has a big movie bump coming and yes the book will settle after that but that's why I listed the GPA data because after a good movie bump these prices may seem like a deal even after the dust settles. Only time will tell.

X-MEN # 1 (1991 SERIES) COPY A - SIGNED BY JIM LEE W/COA - $10

 

All of these copies are technically NM copies. The postcard size COA was left inside the bag & board in front of the actual comic. So over the last 25 years the COA has left an indention in it's shape on the cover of the book which can be seen when tilting book to the light. Who knew. If that is a problem for you, then don't buy, but if you want a cheap Jim Lee sig on a now classic book WITH A COA... then these are for you
