  1. Up for sale are the Gold Key Star Trek Signature Series books below signed by all of the living main cast members of the Star Trek television series as well as the late Leonard Nimoy. The usual rules apply. PMs and offers are welcome, but the first in this thread controls. Each of these books was professionally pressed by CCS (Classics Incorporated at the time). Priority mail shipping with tracking for U.S. addresses is FREE. Insurance up to $50 is included; additional insurance is optional. International rates are available upon request. PayPal, money orders and checks are welcome. If you pay by money order or check and I don't know you or somebody that can vouch for you, I'll wait about 10 days after the money order or check has been deposited to make sure it clears.
  2. Great transaction! Easy to deal with!
  3. Sometimes it really does take a village. Kudos to Joel Elad, Rich Henn and Jon Jespersen for making this book possible.
  4. I was a little surprised to see this was the highest graded SS copy, but I'm not complaining.
  5. Just in. Major kudos to Chris for getting this done.
  6. Close enough. And I appreciate CGC labeling the book the way they did.
  7. Just got these in. Kudos to Mike Jeter (Mr. Mylar) for taking care of these for me. I think the ink color is perfect on each book.
  8. A Sharpie can be especially problematic for sketches, as the ink can rub off onto the book from all the handling by the artist.
  9. Blue label or SS? I have a 8/29/13 SS FT modern that is still at graded.
  10. Smooth and easy transaction for a whole bunch of slabs. Deal with confidence.
  11. Don't do that. There's plenty of room for him to sign underneath the logo.
  12. I've got some SS books for sale HERE , including sketches by Colan, Heath, Veitch, Moldoff, Bellman, Simonson, Lim and Epting.
  13. Rumor has it he is planning to be at SDCC. But if you would like a book signed by Sam Kieth right now, I've got this 9.8 Maxx #1 ending today on eBay: Link to Maxx #1 Auction
  14. Yup, I missed him, too. He's scheduled for SDCC, so you shouldn't have to wait too long to catch him.
  15. At most shows, they will allow you to keep an invoice open while you are out getting all your sigs done with a CAW. And if you are getting multiple sigs on a book, the CAW or CGC will need to hold the book once it has been signed, and you have to make arrangements for a witness to bring your book when you get near the front of the line.
  16. On older scanners, HP has not updated the software to run on the newer versions of Windows. The only way I could find to make the scanner work was to use Windows Photo Gallery. I was somewhat skeptical about VueScan, but after enduring hours of frustration with my HP 7400C, I finally took the plunge and could not be happier with the results. I can now scan much more quickly, and the results are far better than what I had been able to do before.
  17. Marked Shipped Safe: 01-18-13 So it took 11 business days , now another 4 or five days in shipping.. I call that 10 business days. Came in on a Friday, left two Fridays later. Yep. In counting days, you either count the first day or the last day, but not both. (thumbs u
