  1. I'm still waiting for my Maxx books, but so far I'm not worried about not receiving them. Thanks for the update.
  2. Aw man, posts were deleted while I slept. Everyone missed TFL's idiotically huge example of stupidity in reference to double standards. Dangit.
  3. TFL should have been added to the list just for his butchering of the English language. FOR THE RECORD, every time you say "could of," "would of," "should of," you grind the out of my gears. It is "could HAVE," "would HAVE," and "should HAVE." You can also shorten it to the contracted version (e.g. "could've"). And I won't even start on the other incorrect verbage and grammar. STOP. BUTCHERING. MY. LANGUAGE.
  4. Not yet, buddy. Much to your chagrin, I'm sure.
  5. It is the only thing that matters. He who dies with the most posts dies King Geek.
  6. Just doing what I can, Bobby. Glad the package got there safely. And thanks for the super-fast payment. (thumbs u Now back to the jet car!
  7. I've shipped hundreds of slabs this way and yours is the first to ever get damaged. Maybe your mailman is too rough with packages. Hey! Steal your own joke... See my humorous rantings below: Dude, if you wanted me to use more than just a bubble mailer and a manila envelope, maybe you should have paid moore than $15 for shipping! Geez, the nerve of some people around here! Complaining about my award-winning packaging...shoot... Didn't see yours... Well, as long as we all agree that I'm the funniest...

  10. Join the club, and to me, it's like these guys are using a high-traffic sales thread to pimp their WTB list. Pretty blatant, and in some cases, I've seen other sellers post that they have the book in question. You can't teach good forum manners. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that was funny!
  11. Also, just to let everyone know, the new TPB, "A Place of Heartache and Grief," was released yesterday! However, while doing some trolling around the interwebs, I noticed that it seems the UK market is getting a different cover?!
  12. Great question! And WTTB! I'm not sure if anyone has tried to CGC it or not. The census does not distinguish any other version of that book. My thought would be that since the "sketch cover" is actually just a separate sheet of paper that is polybagged with the regular comic, CGC will not slab the sketch with the book. Items that come in a polybag are, by and large, not slabbed by CGC with the comics they came with. I would love to see this change, though. A slabbed copy of the sketch variant with the actual sketch slabbed and acting as the cover would make me salivate.
  13. By request! And Cal, I know you didn't blow the whistle on CAL-Bot. And it's awesome that you can laugh and have fun with this. That's all it is: just good fun.
