  1. Used bookstore stamp to two used bookstore stamps, a name, a date and initials...
  2. I would totally watch that. Though it has almost been done before
  3. 4.5 from me - multiple diagonal creases (one long one) on the FC and other assorted smaller defects.
  4. The guy putting the mortar round in backwards is about to feel real silly...
  5. Safe to not - in any sensible definition of the word - safe
  6. Don and Maggie copy to Don and Maggie copy
  7. Every issue is like that, with some nicely done art - if a touch minimalist - and some pages that look very unfinished and poorly executed. Point Five suggested that the difference might be due to a lack of reference pictures for some and I can imagine some of the panels in the better page above being based on other illustrations. (BTW: I like the new avatar!)
  8. I just got another issue of Silver Flash. This series had some excellent covers. Virgil Reilly's kinda scratchy style continues to grow on me. I do like the layout of this page. Whereas the great space war perhaps lacks a little in its execution...
  9. Manhattan project to Donald Duck's atom bomb
  10. Still going here, and up to #1825. My LCS tells me that sales are falling and the demographic is of the older type though, so who knows how much longer it will go.
  11. I prefer idea B. The character you're introducing should be in the foreground. I also prefer the way the diagonals work in that one, drawing your eye towards the middle (helped by Pinstripe pointing).
  12. I managed to buy what must be one of the worst Crippins from heritage recently. Was listed as a VG, but in practice is a 1.0. Thoroughly trashed due to completely rusted staples. This book has had an extended period of poor storage.
