I think that's a 1990s Gemstone reprint. It has white lettering above the title, which said "fantastic/famous/legendary 1950s comics!" Ditto for the Incredible Science Fiction copy towards the back. -

Hmm, if I was back managing intelligence analysts I'd say that we can be sure it's a '6', but have no further information regarding the significance. If it was a price, why not '6p'? I'd file this under 'inconclusive'. -
I agree with the majority here - it's a 3.0/3.5, but one that presents pretty nicely. If you didn't pay too much, I'd suggest keeping it until a better one comes along - especially if a partial refund is possible.
