  1. The ad for Ghost Rider at the bottom of the panel gives away that it's a 70's reprint. So, then it's just a case of matching up an issue of Ghost Rider and X-Men from the same month and, using the artwork as a guide, that leads you to the second part of the Zodiac story in Ghost Rider 7 and then X-Men 89, rather than Ghost Rider 6 and X-Men 88.
  2. That one was interesting. The first panel looked like badly-inked John Byrne, so I guessed FF 211. The second panel was clearly Bronze Age John Buscema, so I had a punt with FF 173 . That was wrong, so the only other idea I had was Thor 226, although I was still unsure about the inking, as to me it could've been done by Palmer as much as by Sinnott.
  3. This one's just a crapshoot for me, I'll be honest.
  4. 4 panel reveals and clues should be enough.
  5. Shouldn't the number of points decrease as more panels and clues are given and it gets easier?
  6. Millennium 1 Good guessing game, anyway.
  7. They're bringing back The Clangers, my favourite as a kid ; whistling space mice, The Iron Chicken and, of course, The Soup Dragon. Genius.
  8. It'll be interesting to see if Sony decide to compete with Microsoft with regards to backwards compatibility.
  9. You have a random sense of humour, and so for some DC material I’ll recommend the two Ambush Bug mini-series from the 80s. You’ll enjoy those.
  10. Only just got back on the boards this weekend and read the post about your grandmother. Easy to understand why she was such a big influence on you. As for some comics therapy, I too would recommend Marvel Team-Up, being like Marc a fan of the Claremont / Byrne era.
  11. I'd like the gameplay to be more the open, intense, very cathartic style of the 90s version rather than the mediocre, claustrophobic survival horror of Doom 3. More realistic, over-the-top gore effects in the trailer and some interesting character redesigns, particularly what looks like a much faster, more aggressive Revenant towards the end. I'm interested in all of those E3 games ; Fallout 4, Dishonored 2, Doom 4, Final Fantasy 7 remake, and looking forward to more detailed reviews in the future.
  12. Sorry to hear the bad news, Jimmers. I completely understand what you're going through, having experienced it myself. Have a chat with your doctor about how you're feeling, rather than trying to deal with all of that in isolation.
  13. All-the-same-old-characters, all-different costumes. Well, some of them aren't that different. I think I'll go and read my GSXM 1, at least a reprint of it, and recall how 'all-new, all-different' was done properly the first time.
  14. Great news! Speedy recovery, mate + 1 I didn't know you'd been unwell, Jimmers.
