Personally, if there is a decrease in buying, and I'm not convinced there is for quality material, is the economic downturn has finally hit this Forum. People are not willing to overly spend on items today they were even two months ago.
That's definitely the case for me. work is slow, money is slower and purchsases are heartbreakingly slow
I would probably add around $1000 dollars worth of books a month to my collection 3 months ago, that's now down to below $200. There are definitely books I've had to pass up that I would have snapped up without a thought before Christmas. It's a shame as I've missed some very nice books, but when times get tight the kids come first, wife second and me last.
I'm pretty sure it's not just me who's had to slow down lately.

Well I used my last submission on modern covers I liked to see how if I'd gotten any better at identifying 9.8s. Here are the results

Not if the submission forms were from an authorised CGC dealer, only he will be able to check the status of your books. You can only check the status of your books if you are a paid member of CGC.

I've just started on the sixth trade, and I've got to say I've never been so gripped by a title. It's the first book since Preacher that leaves me not wanting to put it down. Awesome stuff.

32. Been 'collecting' on and off (more off) since I was around 8. Only two serious stints at it though with this current one being the most enjoyable.

Aah yes I remember now. Perhaps the real Greggy pulled them both as he didn't want his reputation tarnished?
