I can't post that graemlin, I've got no hair to pull out
So you're a dancing 'nana?
That's probably something that's been levelled my way before!

Kudos to mtlevy for 3 great raw Preachers in the sturdiest packaging I've ever seen!

I seriously hope I'm never tarred with the same brush as those *spoons*. The topic title wa 'Seriously why slab comics?' So you tell them and they still don't get it. Oh well at least I've found a ranting forum.

Not the 2 eyes I'm reading that 2000AD forum with

Is that better than my brown eye??

I'll get back to you on those issues, John has the earlier issues, I have from Prog 950 - 1055.

Hmmmm, how could you tell that spinner's a fake?

Profiteer
I'd have to be able to sell 'em to be one of those!

I tried to suggest a UK sub-forum for forum sales once.
They all laughed at me
You know what this board needs? More 2000AD]
That wouldn't be a bad idea at all with more Brits joining the boards. And I've got a large run of 2000AD for sale....

Post count doesn't matter all that much to me - it's the content of the posts that matter (thumbs u
Which in my case is probably as unimpressive as my post count

Perhaps you should open this up to the colonies.

After all, we did bail yer butts out of a couple of big wars.
And we have English and French food. The best of both worlds.
And most of your beer is Belgian...
If it's Leffe Blonde who cares?? It's beautiful stuff! As is Trippel and Radiusse...

I'm solely a buyer on here (nobody would want to buy my drek), and I think a single sales forum is fine. Then again I'm looking for mainly one title so I'm looking for all ages of books. Like has been posted above though I think descriptive thread titles would be just fine.

Huge belated kudos to electricprune for a gorgeous Batman #232 8.5 and the Cap America slab thrown in. Awesome service all the way

I'm not reading all 10 pages of this. Did he ever tell us who the expert grader was?
And dude, let me tell you. I had an Archie #3 that was originally graded at a 5.0 by CGC, cracked out, and re-submitted when I got ahold of it back in September. The book came back at a 1.8. Sure, it was a shock and I felt like I just had my teeth knocked out, but I trust CGC's grading system.
Why the huuuuge disparity? That makes me question CGC more than the first guy who seems to have sour grapes. . .
Sounds like it may have been out of the slab for some time before re-submitting?

Question for the OP: I love my Batbooks and want to pass them down to my kids but they only like NM/M. Such good taste for a 3-year-old and a 4-month-old I know, but I'm scared they'll come back lower than a 9.8. Can your guy grade them instead please? It should keep the kids happy. (thumbs u

And even more HUGE Kudos to comicseekers for a great package of SA Batman's. Damn fast shipping to England there mate and some top books (thumbs u

CGC see protecting your books as putting them in a big plastic microchamber with a score at the top.
