  1. Awesome books buddy! Those twins should keep you busy for the next 20 years or so! That Suzie 62 is a smoker. I use a Microtek Scanmaker i800 and it does a great job with slabs.
  2. Thanks! I got a few more in from this latest submission. Suzie #59 - Ohio Copy - I bought this from a dealer as a 9.2. I knew it wasn't going to grade that high but I thought it had a an off-shot at 9.0. I think 8.5 is about right though so I can't complain.
  3. I just got a bunch back from the CGC yesterday as well - so it's been a big Suzie week for me.
  4. I'm waiting for what will be an amazing group shot! That would be fun ! It might be another 10 years before I can call it complete though
  5. I love the green faced dude controlling the torture device - classic!
  6. I had this in my collection raw for a while but decided to send it in. I just got it back from the CGC. One of my favorite covers.
  7. You don't stop for nuthin Just curious if most of the guys that like Top-Notch only want the Super hero issues and only Focus on 1 thru 27.
  8. Great book. I thought long and hard about bidding as this is one of the few issues I'm missing from my run, but right now I'm trying to save up for a grail so I passed. Quick question for those of you that collect Top-Notch. Do you collect the entire run? Or do you stop at issue 27 when it changes to Top-Notch Laugh?
  9. Nice. I was watching that for ages and made a few offers to mcs but the seller declined all. Glad it went to you J! - me too. A good friend bought it for me as a surprise.
  10. Cool books - 44 & 45 are favorites of mine as well. They're both toughies. I think it's funny that Suzie's name is mis-spelled on the cover of 45.
  11. Wow - up over $17k. What an amazing group.
  12. Picked this up, not the proudest purchase but it will fill a hole until I find a nice, complete one.
  13. So happy to finally just have any copy of this book! Thanks again Steve. That is a really nice looking 5.5! Congrats!
  14. #30 is also notoriously hard to find. Metro had a CTed copy on their site for years that I was tire kicking but I just couldn't bring myself to buy because of the resto. After getting blown out on the CGC 7.0 that sold recently in HA, I regret not grabbing it. Speaking of #31, I'm pretty sure Cheetah has a 9.8!
  15. 31 has also been a tough one for me too. I had a really low grade copy that I sold years ago that I regret selling now, I was holding out for a nicer one (never came!)
  16. if the back looks that nice, I'd say it may do better than 9! You must have jumped on that because didn't see it.
