    I keep forgetting to check the dates of their comic auctions. It used to be a great source for cheap lots of early SA Marvels in the 00s.

    For the near term, GSX 1 is the better choice since it will have more potential to gain in value as Disney starts to incorporate the X-Men into the MCU. This will likely be the same longer term as well- GSX has more 1st apps plus the Wolverine. Personally, I am looking forward to the serious Disney take on Colossus, not the comedic sidekick we see in the Deadpool franchise.

    Yeah, that is the old case that goes back to what, 2006? Peeling top edge labels is common.

    Buy the hottest and highest price cover variants you can get right away. That is the safest play.................

    It is okay. The books are sealed tight in the inner well, unlike yours, but the inner well moves in the case a bit. This is the first time I have ever had it happen.

    I just received a 25 book shipment and a number of the inner wells move in the cases. My guess is that it is a production quality issue right now. I would suggest that you contact CGC and ask them directly.

    Prices tend do dip across the board during the late November - March period year in year out, and they were down before COVID-19 hit. At the start of COVID they pulled back a but further on fear, but since then on eBay they have been rising for the past month as people buy due to 1) stimulus cheques and most importantly 2) no conventions. Clink results have been more spotty - for every book you sell that sets a GPA high there are 2 or 3 that sell for at or less than GPA.

    Disney needs to make some announcements re: FF and X-Men this summer. I have a stack of books waiting for that.

    We should see a decent run on 1st apps from some of the Dark Horse and Marvel Star Wars books over the next year or so as the Disney+ shows launch. There are a number of interesting characters they have at their disposal to use.

    I never get gift grades. All of my books are accurately graded.

    As long as conventions are cancelled online sales will do very well. There has been a definite pick up in April both on eBay and with online auction house prices. My March Clink auctions were hit and miss, but this month is doing very well with books hitting or setting new GPA highs.

    With the expanding outbreak in Calgary it makes sense to cancel the Stampede as well.

    Same with Marvel Spotlight #5. I have had several boardies and eBayers contact me about the copies I have this week.

    Has there been some recent movement on the reboot? My CGC 9.8 Masters of the Universe #1 (Marvel/Star) is blowing up on Clink this week and I am trying to figure out why.

    It was definitely great to see him in this series. I think my favorite film of his is Diggstown.
