    That is not a huge print run for #800. So basically, the 1:1000 will be a 1:300 to 1:500 variant? If something big enough happens that book will have decent legs. That is still a very small number floating around compared to the number of Spidey and/or variant collectors that will want it. FWIW, the Dell Otto cover looks cool. Too bad they did not use it for the 1:1000 instead.

Oh, okay, so a few million to read 10 lines plus a couple of points in royalties? And, it is more than Vin Diesel is getting? Sure, I am in. Tell them I will be there tomorrow for 15 minutes to get it done."

    The Citadel Comics booth will have plenty of good new stuff at the show. Karl and Dave will have parts of three new collections at the show, with plenty of new slabbed and raw keys. I will have some new Adams books for sale, a small stack of CDN newsstand variants, as well as a bunch of new slabbed and raw keys. Brian will have a bunch of new slabbed and raw keys.

    You will be blown away...gonna be the biggest movie ever. Biggest comic movie ever, definitely. It will have its work cut out to reach biggest movie ever. I think this should be the first comic movie to top $2B, and it should have a shot at SWTFA. Titanic and Avatar will be tough, though, as they had broader appeal than comic based movies do. That being said, if any comic movie has a chance, it will be the two Infinity films (War and Gauntlet).

    I just hope they have better editing on the action scenes than they did in Civil War. It was a lot choppier in the action scenes with CGI than I was expecting from them.

    Greggy already beat me in flooding the market with high grade X-Force 1’s. Then you can just buy a bunch of the ASM 798s instead.

    George puts off a lot of people at first with his approach, but he is an okay guy once you get past that. He buys stuff from us all the time - keys, sets, $1 box filler, variants, etc. George will always ask for a deal, but he is willing to negotiate a fair price for both sides in the end on most books. There are worse dealers to deal with............. It amazes me at how much he, and the other Toronto/Quebec dealers that come out, can sell stuff for down East. As an example, a couple of years ago he cleaned us out of our raw Killing Joke 1st prints at $60 (VF) - $80 (NM-) apiece since he could get $120 - $150 back home (makes me wonder if I need to do a road trip for a couple of shows down East to sell books to suckers at double what I normally charge ).

    +1 If you look at he price gains across the board for most bigger BA keys again to start 2018, you can generate a nice return by buying the best copy of bigger keys/hot cover SA and BA books and sitting on them for three years before considering selling. In some cases, that is all it takes for a nice 2x to 3x on your original investment. Buy a nice copy in November/December of each year and ride tuck then away for a future date. FWIW, $3k for a 7.0 may nohave be that far off the way things are going.
