    Grading on both the Twin Cities and Savannah collections were much looser than we are seeing now. I like the current standards. What does the back cover of your new 9.6 look like, Greg?

    Based on the damage I have seen pressed out on other books, a polybag indent should not be an issue.

    I hope that having you involved in booking the guests will mean bigger comic creator and media guests for Edmonton as well. This year was good, but some of the past ones have been hit and miss with the guests due to the timing.

    Good point, Alan. I will contact Ken and Mary-Ann to see if this will cause any issues for us. If being partnered with the Fan Expo fold means reduced space then hopefully the booth costs are reduced accordingly.

    Nice price for a 0.5. DC SA keys/1st apps have lagged their Marvel counterparts for a while. Now we are seeing them play catch up.

    I really hope I am wrong, but it looks like they are wasting the best parts of the movie in the trailers and overall this one will be more like the last two Thor films.

    Don't know about that. AoU was bad, and Civil War had a bunch of gobbledygook in it as well. After the first Avengers film it has been downhill writing and story wise. Hopefully the Infinity Gauntlet two-parter is closer to the original Avengers than 2 or 3.

    To each their own. I think that Cap and Thor both look like they just came out of the same S&M den that Chuck and Wendy Rhoades visit on Billions.

    Maybe I am the only one, but when I see Mamoa as Aquaman I can't help but think that he would have been better cast as Lobo. While I really like him in the Aquaman role, physically he looks more like Lobo. Regardless, the way they are playing him up as Aquaman thus far gives me higher hopes for the solo movie.

    I keep waiting for DC to turn Vertigo into a similar model to Image and take control of the creator-owned market. It would not be difficult. The problem with Marvel right now is a lack of creative talent. The cupboard is really bare on the writing front, and even worse for artwork. That being said, as long as the Marvel zombies keep buying the books, and the movie universe continues to thrive, there is no reason to change.

    I agree that everyone knows he is returning, but no need to show him until the movie to build some anticipation for his return with a mullet.

    The Inhumans have been a 3rd tier back up property for Marvel since their intro. Nobody cared about them then, and nobody cares about them now. That is a problem that cannot be solved with even a stellar TV show.

    They should wait for the Superman reveal until the movie. No need to add him in at this point. They need to let the anticipation build a bit.

    The Hughes variant for Harley & Ivy/Betty & Veronica is out today and looks like a decent one.
