  1. Suzie 56 is such a great cover but I agree that 51 is better. I cannot for the life of my find a pic of my 51 (4.0) but super-happy with my 56. And I don't for a second think that GGA will ever cool off...
  2. Ouch. I've been thinking about starting a collection of girl fight covers...
  3. Closed. Thanks to purchasers, offerers and lookers. Speaking of lookers, Betty has really scored with her new boyfriend.
  4. Missed one - Pep 168. Another leggy Veronica on the ice. My 2nd favorite Pep skating cover (if anyone has a 125 they are interested in parting with, hit me up, I'm willing to part with a lot of my $ for one of those). Cover detached at bottom staple only. 2.0 to 3.0 shape. $40 Back cover: Inside front cover: Centerfold: Inside back cover:
  5. That's it for now. Hopefully it will not require a bonk on the head for you to realize there are some great comics up for grabs here.
  6. Last leggy Lubbers lady - Wings 104. This one has the cover detached from the lower staple. Spine split half way up or thereabouts. But it's still all there! Asking $25. Back cover: Centerfold: Inside cover:
  7. Uh, Miss, you can take off your headphones now. The plane you were (presumably) on is sinking to the bottom of the ocean so unless you have the radio strapped to your back, I'm thinking those are now useless. Wings 100 in 2.0 to 3.0 shape. Asking $30. SOLD Back cover: Centerfold: Inside cover:
  8. Back to some raw books. Wings 83 from 1947. The rubber back then was much stronger than we have today - bullets even bounced off that life raft! I'm always a little confused, though. Was she on the plane that got shot down with him or is she from the island in the background? Her outfit says island but then why is she out on the water in a rubber life raft? Obviously I'm over-thinking this cover. 3.0 shape or thereabouts. Looking for $40 SOLD Back cover: Centerfold: Inside front cover:
  9. Here we go. Bob Lubbers dropping in a tommy-gun-toting, headlights-blaring, long-legged lady out of the sky. I'd also argue this should be noted as a bondage cover - I mean c'mon, the dude is tied to a propeller - but I suppose the CGC folks are looking mostly for tied up ladies. All of this and more in Wings 93. Off-white to white pages, CGC 4.5. Grader notes: Moderate creasing to cover, moderate spine stress lines to cover, piece out back cover, staple detached bottom of back cover, staple detached top of back cover. A 4.0 with cream to off-white pages sold in October 2022 for $275. Asking $300. Just the cover: Label (and her): Back cover:
  10. Staying after school never looked so good and Wilbur knows what's up in Wilbur 11. 3.0 with off-white to white pages. Whoever graded this comic had plenty to say: Light cover tanning to cover, moderate bends to cover, moderate creasing to cover, moderate pieces out to cover, moderate rusted staples to cover, moderate spine stress lines to cover, moderate staining to cover, moderate tears to cover. Moderate being a key perspective on the book. $50 Sold Just the cover: Label:
  11. Rangers 31. Terrific bondage cover and a... snake(?) that has fire coming out of it's eyes while the natives get extra restless. I didn't take a pic of the back cover but can if you'd like me to. $375. Label + more of her:
  12. Next is a Rangers 32 from 1946. Headlights cover + masks all around. And she's wearing spurs. CGC 4.5 with off-white to white pages. Asking $150. Label + lady: Back cover:
  13. Harry the Talking Dog knows what he's talking about. Wow is right. Suzie in a hurry ain't so bad. 4.0 with off-white to white pages. Grader notes: Light staining to cover, moderate creasing to cover, moderate spine stress lines to cover. Katy Keene back-up story. $200. Back cover: Label (and Suzie's upper half): Front cover only:
  14. This looks familiar. Rangers 17. Big fan of this cover too. If you look at Rangers 6, it's pretty close to the same pose/bondage tie-up. This young lady is a little more curvy than the lady on 6. Anyway, the cover is detached from the original single staple. It was attached when I bought it by two extra staples but I removed them. If you buy this comic, you're welcome to add as many staples as you'd like. $200. Back cover: Inside front cover: Centerfold: Inside back cover: Rangers 6 for comparison (not for sale)
