  1. I’ve been following this thread for years and have really enjoyed seeing all the great books posted. I’ve loved the Legion since my sister bought Adventure 348 in 1966. The 1st issue I bought was 351. I picked up 40 “Mint” issues in 1980 from a ad in tbg. For some reason I never got anymore. I think I’m starting to get the itch to complete the run from 300 to 379! Here’s a few of them.
  2. This is a great thread! Most of my paperbacks are .40ct or higher but I have a few earlier ones.
  3. I won this one tonight on Heritage. Man, 9.4 Church copies don’t go cheap!
  4. Congrats! I really thought this would go for at least 4k.
  5. Congrats Caleb, looks much nicer than 6.5 ! I’m still searching for a nice copy.
  6. I agree, a CGC graded 9.0 would easily hit $4000 at auction. But I not sure this book is 9.0 or even close. No way to tell from the picture.
  7. I agree, It’s just a shame you can’t count on Heritage providing the correct info.
  8. Congrats, it’s one of my favorites. Unfortunately, it’s not the highest graded. There are 3 graded higher.
  9. Evidently they are grading men’s adventure mags. I sold a raw NM copy of Man’s Story on eBay last year and it turned up as a CGC 9.4 on a clink auction a few months ago.
  10. BCM 37 is one of my favorite Harvey covers! Here’s my copy.
  11. Thanks, It cost me a little more than I expected but how often do high grade copies show up. I also picked up the second issue recently even though it has a photo cover.
