  1. With several decades worth of comics in existence, has CGC ever considered going to a 4-digit year format for the issue date? Or maybe they will keep the 2-digit format and just assume that collectors will know what century the comic was released :bigsmile:

  2. When choosing the issue name during the online submission process, what happens if someone chooses the incorrect issue from the dropdown list? Will CGC classify it correctly when it comes time for the grading? And if so, does CGC scan the UPC to get the actual correct issue name, or is there some other means of identifying the comic?

  3. Hey all, been a light comic reader over the years, but started reading more heavily with Star Wars in 2015, mostly TPBs. I've always liked the look and concept of CGC slabs, so I recently acquired my first, and now I'm going down the rabbit hole and suddenly I'm approaching double digits, uh oh :bigsmile: The number of variants can get a little crazy, but it's fun, I love the art. Hopefully I can soak up some knowledge and share in the fun here.
