  1. Kinda funny - this is something that I don't even remember buying. It's been in my collection since at least the mid-80s. I can't even imagine why I would have bought it since this was a genre I didn't care at all for then. I'm quite glad now that I did though.
  2. I see why you would say that, but I think that's just how the flash is reflecting. I already had this and several other books packaged up (box isn't sealed yet though), so I may go back and check. But I'm almost certain that there's nothing there.
  3. This one will be going on for a C&P in the next couple of days and then on to CGC.
  4. Interesting... I saw some online both with and without the line. I didn't dig deep enough to see if one was more prevalent than the other.
  5. Mine couldn't have gone smoother. Dropped my books off with a local presser and he shipped them to CGC. I got the first two (of 6 total) this past week, 2 months from the time I dropped them off, and both came back 9.8s. Now, I'm hoping the remaining 4 came back soon and with grades as good!
  6. One of a new batch to be sent for C&P. No idea what that discoloration is at the top edge of the inside front cover...
  7. Quite pleased with this and the 9.8 on Secret Wars 8 that came back today!
  8. It was hard to get good contrast on these photos so I hope that they are adequate. What grade would this likely bring following a C&P?
  9. Note the scuffed upper corner - most evident on the rear cover and inside cover. Following a clean and press, what would this one likely come back as? Thanks all!
  10. I could be wrong, but it sure looks like that top staple is not in the usual location. You can see below it where the original staple is/was.
  11. Looking closer, it is indeed a tiny dimple. The flash was reflecting off of it in the first photo. I assume that a clean and press would help that..?
  12. I've had the color Cerebus since the late 80s, I think. The page from issue 156 was bought from Dave Sim at an appearance in Atlanta in 1992.
