    A ballpark is hard to give without a bigger picture. Is there moisture damage? Yes it is desirable and you could get a good price.

    I bought an 8.0 graded by the rival company in 2016 for I believe $1100.00. This looks 8.0 at least. Not that I'm the final say on these things, but a high grade Baker. and a tough issue mean $$$. You don't even need to get it graded, just show the pictures.

    But that's the boards. There is a whole world of collectors out there who want a GCE 12, who don't collect romance. I was at a small show last week and someone with a passing acquaintance stopped me and asked whether I had a GCE 12 and whether I'd sell. I paused and said no, and he charged off disgruntled.

    GCE 12 was always a big book, long before anybody cared about CL 25. It has cross-over appeal, ppl who don't collect Baker Romance want a GCE 12. Ppl wanted it before they knew who Baker was. I only discovered CL 25 when I picked my Romance Without Tears and found it in the cover gallery. Blew my mind. But GCE 12 was always legendary. It is the Action 1 of romance books.
