only layman knows for sure. he has said many times the only thing he knows 100% is how it will end. from hints he's dropped i know that most everyone in tony's world will be dead. from the comics we know tony and applebee will be two of them, a third was revealed recently too but i can't remember if it was valenzano or not. not sure of anything else... should be quite a ride these last 10 issues
