thought i would share my commision piece that Rob! did for me and i picked up at nycc. it's an homage to one of my favorite comic book covers, superman #14 i couldn't resist the smorgasbord myself, had Rob! do an amelia sketch for me as i already have a tony sketch on my TWD#63, a savoy sketch on my 2012 sketchbook and a poyo standalone piece. also don't see too many amelia sketches so what the hay (i know jeff will dig this as he is quite the amelia fan) i also won Rob!'s donation to the st jude's charity auction!!! a very chew filled weekend!!

i would start with emailing april at chewcomicsales@gmail.com and she can act as a go between to rob. i am not sure i should give out rob's email on this forum.

i was able to get a green light for a commision to be picked up at NYCC

like that poyo centric arc idea! love poyo! who doesn't! there will be no NYCC chogs

if not lunch, maybe hang for the charity auction saturday night

sure hope so. maybe we can grab lunch together this time. i snoozed and missed out on the 3 day passes so i am only going friday and saturday this go round. if your number hasn't changed i will give ya a buzz when i get there on friday/saturday.

CAW??? very typical of image to make the 1st trade only 10 bucks. many others (chew) were cheaper. i am guessing to draw people to buy the trades of a new series.

How would you know if I watch or buy chew books? you wouldn't but its quite funny that you think you know when you haven't a clue. you are putting way too much thought into my off the cuff comment. not only dont i know but i can honestly say i don't really care either. i collect chew because i love it not because i am hoping to get rich off of them (although of course i hope they go up in value as i do have a pretty good collection of chew books) but to each their own as far as what aspect of chew you are into.
