  1. I'd choose Science 3 & 4 as 1a & 1b. Mystery Men 6 & 10 would be 3a & 3b. #5 would be a struggle, Science 5, WW 13, or even a later numbered issue could slide in (limiting myself to the "Big 5")
  2. Science 2 is much harder to find, particularly in any kind of decent shape. Both are considered Lou Fine classics. In my collecting life of 20 years or so, Science 2 used to be considered more desirable than WW7, which is a more recent breakout in terms of nutty prices.
  3. Fireproof safes are manufactured with a desiccant that releases steam when heated to protect against burning. That moisture can weep out over time and promote rust, particularly if there isn't good air flow. Most gun safes are not manufactured with this feature, so as not to promote rust. The danger to staples is primarily a function of whether or not the safe has that desiccant within it.
  4. Dr. Dre's lesser known Eastern European debut.
  5. It's spectacular. One of the more impressive things I've seen posted here. If you ever decide to pare your collection down to 4 books...
  6. These are great. I've got a few of them, I've tended to limit myself to those with Wolverton art. I've never seen or heard of a comprehensive list of them, have you?
  7. Love these! I've never had an opportunity to flip through either of the first two. The Candid Tales is in great condition for a digest.
  8. Here are a few Comics Corp of America books that are not quite comics, but are involved in the evolution of the Centaur brand.
  9. If it holds true to form, it will miss it entirely.
  10. Thanks! The Harvey digests seem to be getting some love recently, but I suspect romance will lag behind as it usually does.
  11. Here's the 3 that I have. I have slim hopes of finding a Confessions of Love 2. I also regret selling my Baker digests, I had 2 copies of #7 and a #9 at one point.
