I can't give an order, but I'd do a grouping.
Relatively easy to find:
1, 3, 4, 7, 9
More difficult:
8
Most difficult
2, 5, 6, 10 with a nod to 6 as the toughest.
As of 1/16, here are the numbers of each (unique) on the CGC census and raw in the HA archive
1 - 49
2 - 27
3 - 32
4 - 24
5 - 17
6 - 18
7 - 19
8 - 23
9 - 17
10 - 17
So this would suggest that 2 is less rare than thought and 7 & 9 are rarer than consensus. But there has to be some controlling for desirability, value, etc.
