  1. Pinnacle Hill was not original owner IIRC. Chicorel was, but that was GA, and if we're including GA I would include that one as well as the Atlantic City (not sure how that wasn't a pedigree).
  2. Not quite SA, but should be appreciated here. I've wanted a HG copy of this book since I first saw it in 1996 (Mick, I think it was at your house!). I've had a beater and it just didn't cut the mustard, so it took about 0.5 seconds to pull the trigger when this was posted on Clink. As far as commie covers go, it doesn't get more blatant than this.
  3. I have an issue of Astonishing, I talked to Payette about it and he said there was maybe 5% or so that weren't western IIRC. Beautiful book, BTW.
  4. There were a bunch of PCH books released from this collection, no?
  5. Geez, how did we miss that one! There's also the New Hampshire collection that was largely 50s Westerns in HG, but had a few non-western books. They have typical markings & are easy to identify.
  6. I am sure Bob will resolve this as quickly as possible.
  7. A pedigree pair! I wonder who Paul was.
  8. I should have named my firstborn "Thunderfist".
  9. Nice book! I have seen less copies of the 3 than the 2. That's the highest grade I have ever seen it in too. The Lost Valley is a 2.5 if I remember correctly. Thanks, I'm very happy to have it. To say it was tightly graded would be an understatement. Kind of like this one:
  10. This one has an absolutely killer Larry Woromay story in it. I am all about Woromay! He's a fan favorite...

  12. You probably won't see another with that PQ for 10 years.
  13. Killer copy! Not many of those around that nice.
  14. Where did that come from?!? NOT from allentown, mr. ped. I need some from Nebraska & Denver. fox books from neb. are FUN! I don't believe you. Let me try that one.

  16. Don't have a copy either but here's another Pike with same effects a little later in the same run - Granted # 49 is a better cover with the close-up Btw, that's the 2nd infantry division insignia. Pike himself was in the Marines during WW II, not the army. I have another issue with a similar technique buried in a stack somewhere at home. I'll try & dig it up.
