  1. Same with the battle front 23. I had not seen that one before. Thanks for sharing. Thanks, I wish I had time to share more!
  2. Someday, when I grow up, I'll have some like yours. Or better yet... I'll have yours!!!
  3. Really really really really like that book. I'm glad I didn't bid on it!
  4. Nah, I just hit them with a little cooking spray before I shot...
  5. Here are a few more from the PB account. Not sure if I've ever shared these. White Mountain
  6. I have these sitting in Photobucket. This is from Zip 33 And this is from Zip 31 IIRC.
  7. Giddy to have this Allentown, thanks to a boardie! Also managed to get a very attractive copy of this issue. Tuska cover with an amazing color palette.
  8. A few more pics I took the other day. And the legendary splash But the splash to 31 ain't no slouch either!
  9. Had these forever and never got around to taking pics. Looking at the photo quality, maybe I should have left it that way Bethlehem Spokane River City
  10. "A good business deal for all is determined when nobody walks away happy" Nice pickups! The Astonishing 13 is a decent reader, the Astonishing 4's best virtue is the cover image. Astonishing #4 is full of Everett art from cover to cover. It's nothing short of awesome imo. Story is a little wacky but the art is ridiculous. Agreed. That one is killer from cover to cover.
  11. No. I can get one, but this took me a week to finally post
  12. Gorgeous copy! Very tough to find in any shape, much less that nice. Congrats!
  13. Have it checked over by someone. Scroogenightmare is Mark Wilson who has a reputation for shady business.
  14. I think you forgot to ask him these two questions: When would the best time to rob you be? On the road after the show or immediately after Saturday's close? Do you have a lot of money on you when you go pee pee? I can't be the only one who has thought about this, so I thought I'd point it out, and hopefully matters can be addressed BEFORE something happens (or already have been addressed). $1M in comics plus $50,000 cash makes a tasty target. State lines and planes make security hard to 'carry'. I wouldn't walk around in florida with $200 in cash, let alone $50K. On unrelated note, I've just come up with the plotline for the nerdiest heist movie in history. Pretty sure it would star Seth Rogen and James Franco. And hopefully Danny Mcbride. it is actually very easy to carry....just check your destination state's concealed laws and make sure your concealed license is valid there... and if not, carry anyway! Even better, don't get the CC license. Then you only get charged with a misdemeanor!
  15. Got a copy myself just last month. What clinched it for me was that in person I finally noticed the tattoo / brand on the wrist on the hand on the cover that I'd never noticed while looking at scans. Links to the POW story, doesn't it? Can't recall. And what a line up for the art inside I think I posted pics of the Heath POW story a few years back in this thread. It's a spectacular one, very gruesome!
  16. No doubt. There was a copy purported to be the Church that HA auctioned off a while back. I passed on several over the years in decent shape. I have one I'm quite happy with, but would have loved to have nabbed the Church.
  17. I prefer tenderloin to round, but I'll never turn down a good slice of beef!
  18. I extend my middle finger to you, good sir!
