Was this another cleaned and pressed PLOD or did it come back as being an unrestored blue? Any idea what condition the Recil All-American 16 was in? it was initially a 3.5 when I owned it that has since been pressed to a 5.0

Good list. But, I think you are leaving out Dave Anderson's Superman 1, which he apparently picked over the MH Superman 1. There's also the MH D27 too consider. Finally, anyone know what the SF All American 16 looks like? It is supposedly high grade. The mile high Tec 27 was a second hand copy. I believe it to be in the 7.5 range but I've never seen it. Daves supes 1 is unknown as well, so difficult to include Does the sf aa16 have a coupon clipped?

Action 1 is more important than Tec 27 in the grand scheme of things. At the price levels these mega keys are these days , it may not matter too much ...

curious what these new fairly obvious reasons are, that haven't applied the last 20 years are? don't get me wrong, I would probably pay more for same grade tec 27 vs action 1 if I could only get one,, but the market has spoken and spoken fairly loudly for some time now, so not sure what will change that

probably neck and neck...I know from marketing stand point, I saw where batman memorabilia was outselling all other dc trademarks and was second only to spiderman (this was a few years ago)... specifically I was referring to the comics, where batman has a sizeable edge...overall, they could very well be very close, but not sure another movie or tv show changes someone's mind about which book to drop 300K or 3mil on ...
