    But I bet you get more upgrade then downgrade. truthfully no, not even close... I have resubbed , now, 7 old label books... 1 got a pq bump from lt/ow to cr/ow , grade remained the same (superman 1) 5 remained the exact same (grade and PQ) 1 got the reduction from cr to lt/ow, grade dropped .5
