  1. Don't know this story. Care to share. the whole All Star 8 and 22, etc... Blbcomics?... surely you know it
  2. here are a couple of GA group shots from Heroes Con this past weekend:
  3. Please sell me the PLOD. With time payments, I'd be paid up by 2014. sadly I sold it last year
  4. Would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when Steve was looking at them. not me, I hear the Dr carries a big rolled up newspaper with him
  5. Nice - the Circus run is one of my favorties - and tough! And a FP #7 tossed in just for fun! Circus 1 has always been considered down right rare, and I am by no means saying it is not or trying to diminish the book, but in the past year, I have seen like 7 copies for sale...crazy, but since part of the boards function is to educate, just thought I would mention that if you are wanting a copy, now might be the best time ever to try to pick one up (assuming the availability trend continues)
  6. ah, my old copy (the 774 submission is still on my old invoice list) Beautiful book! there it is in my old group shot from a few years ago... nice to see how many books stay among our fellow boardies
  7. ah, my old copy (the 774 submission is still on my old invoice list)
  8. Thats why i sold it to you cause you have a million dollar bill, so it must be real. Theres no restoration to that bill is there? freshly minted
  9. x1 is about 2.5x behind af15 value in uber grades, and about 4-6x behind value in mid grade little to no chance of it ever catching up
  10. I disagree. I just don't think its that big of a key. The biggest character introduced in X-men 1 is a villain, and i think that keeps it down. If anything I'd say GSX 1 has more of a chance of jumping into X-1 range then X-1 has of jumping into AF 15 range. there are too many GSx1's for it to ever enter into the X1 value range (imo)
  11. saw the exciting in person...as scotty would say "exciting"
  12. gotta love it when a cool book finds its way into a cool collectors' hands (thumbs u
