Nice - the Circus run is one of my favorties - and tough! And a FP #7 tossed in just for fun! Circus 1 has always been considered down right rare, and I am by no means saying it is not or trying to diminish the book, but in the past year, I have seen like 7 copies for sale...crazy, but since part of the boards function is to educate, just thought I would mention that if you are wanting a copy, now might be the best time ever to try to pick one up (assuming the availability trend continues)

x1 is about 2.5x behind af15 value in uber grades, and about 4-6x behind value in mid grade little to no chance of it ever catching up

I disagree. I just don't think its that big of a key. The biggest character introduced in X-men 1 is a villain, and i think that keeps it down. If anything I'd say GSX 1 has more of a chance of jumping into X-1 range then X-1 has of jumping into AF 15 range. there are too many GSx1's for it to ever enter into the X1 value range (imo)
