    I had bought an 11 (the detroit trolly copy from my bud marnin), but Jay's was a better deal (lower grade, but better cost), and I just was looking to move my 11 before I jumped on his....glad now, I didn't sell it gator

    I think this is at least a 2.5x guide book....putting a 1.8-2.0 at $6K + and a 3.5-4.0 at $12-$14k+ or so... gator

    Re-attach that pesky edge chip? I saw that book a couple of times in person and it's a sweet copy. yep...I re read it one last time, last week...now, entombed in plastic, but I feel "safer" that way (if you know my 4 year old son, you will know why I can rest easy at night) gator

    sorry to say, even that 1.8 cost me more than the above Wow, you over paid, Surfer's Cap 3 is a 9.6 highest graded....you over paid well, if a 9.6 is on the table, that would be an easy one ...a 4.0, eh...

    Rick sell me this book, it looks awful, detached cover and all is not worthy of a collector of your stature. I am actually debating (gasp!) having Matt restore it....it is a perfect candidate...but, to be honest, it presents extremely well for the grade, so I am on the fence this time... gator

    which one?...metro has had 4 up for sale in the last couple of months... a cgc 6.0 blue sold to unknown a restored 8.0 sold to unknown a restored 7.0 sold to board member (or maybe he bought the 8.0? I am sure he will respond/confirm if he wishes to ) a restored/trimmed 6.0 was unsold as of yesterday rick
