  1. Sweet Book, I love the Sig placement. Even though someone great did write on the cover!! I have four MGN 4's. Trying to get them all in CGC grades from the lowest to the highest. Also, looking to grab raw versions as well.
  2. If one thread already exists, let me know. I can't find one anywhere on the boards or I'm blind. Post them slabbed or raw if you have them. Lot of recent sales so I assume some boardies have some. I will post mine once my scanner is up and running.

  4. Just saw it today, marvelous and excellent movie. Best DC movie IMO!!! Even a bigger fan of WW. A++++
  5. 3 day pass purchased. cheaper than buying just Sat & Sun.
  6. Is there a MGN #4 thread anywhere? Thanks.
  7. Nice sketches with the SS. Wow
  8. Great show - like how it use to be (comic book conventions) before the big shows became big shows. Highly recommend to go. Also Stan Lee was there and CGC (no lines). Stan had his collectible show. I took a few photographs before my memory was full. Great collection he has. I really would love to see everything he has. Just amazed. Only 30 minute wait and you can take your time in there. I did a full hour. No crowds. I really loved the x-men 137 OA. Stan really loves Spider-man. I loved all the commissions artists did for Lee and all the hero movie props.
  9. I always buy from him when he's at SDCC!!! A++++
  10. I'm there Sunday, 1st time there. looking forward to seeing what they have. Stan Lee meet at noon today, can't wait!!!
  11. Someone really wanted the JIM 83 8.0 JB designation. 8.0's are not worth $30k at this moment in time. We will see.
  12. Yes, I agree. I still like MGN #4, a lot of recent 9.8 sales lately. NM has a lot of cool 1st appearances.
  13. Nice book. Yes, Stan rocks!!! I love Sigs as well if placed correctly and doesn't graffiti the book.
  14. Fantastic. Great Communication. Well packed and bomb proof packaging. Better than HA, Clink, or CC IMO. Purchased a MGN #4 9.8 CGC SS. No issues. Will use again.
  15. BigSexy - great book - want to show that nice Hulk #1 in the back?
  16. I agree with this. Other collectibles as well. When I tried to buy Star Trek items at Chrisites or Sotherbys, I can't recall which auction house several years ago, most the sales went to Europe when the Euro was around $1.30-$1.35 and pound was around $1.50. I was in shock. They had the purchase power.
  17. I was really trying to win this once I lost on 2 earlier books, price went over $50k and I was out. I was hoping it would slip in price with the other HG books in the auction and w/ CC. Oh well. Sweet book. One day
  18. Gorgeous books. I lost out on H1 6.5 when it jumped $9k in 10 seconds!!! Then came 2nd on the Hulk 181 9.8 SS. My last chance is tonight, I will win it for sure. Fantastic books in the auction. Nice artwork coming due next week as well. I need to win the Lotto. Oh well, 2nd in TOD #10 9.8. WBN 32 went well about the $16k I was willing to pay as well. Both went for a crazy prices over last GPA sales and past auctions (not added to GPA). I thought I was going to win it, someone wanted it way more than I did. Didn't win anything in Clink. 1 book in CC auction that ends in June I will try for. If not, my $$ is going to my bond collection.

  21. Nice grabs everyone, I'm hoping to buy tonight to WIN a personal grail, I really hope I win and I will post it.
  22. I'm confused. My wife received her SDCC tix in the mail today (VA) in a nice little box. Her friend purchased hers who live in San Diego. Previously, past years if you purchased tickets for others, the 3 tickets were mailed to the purchaser who had the sign on to purchase. We were expecting all 3 tickets to go to San Diego. The San Diego buyers haven't received theirs yet. Are the badges being mailed out for 2017 to the S&H addresses now. Anyone have anything similar going on?
