Planning on going on to this and buying tickets. All days is there enough stuff to do? If not, which days are better. I usually have only went to SDCC & WC. Thanks for the help.

I'm a rookie for this, On the east coast and trying to go to NYCC for the 1st time. I read the thread. Is this similar like SDCC to buy tix? How do I buy tickets for any days which are left? Hotels the same at SDCC? Thanks.

Nice - I haven't bought any key books for literally 2 years and have been selling some items to be heavy in cash. The 3-4 books I want have almost outpaced what I can afford now. This is one of the books I want.

I'm calling it IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE for the AF. Just amazing. I need a near bloodbath correction in the AF to even buy a decent mid grade and above with the little $ I have.

I remember reading the entire Thor run and recall seeing Lois Lane & Clark Kent I believe in two issues in the panels. I recall it was a surprise and I thought it was great. I can not recall which issues though. I'm cheating here but there have been a lot of crossover, one shots, and team ups w/ DC & Marvel characters/teams.

What was the page quality on that one you sold? The HA was OW-W. I'm trying to keep track of recent sales for myself.

I like SC22 posts. He's on top of things. I like the opinions as well. I see to many of the same people leaving notes about why this was done or not done as they seem to be in the KNOW and I have to take their comments at face value only. I assume everyone has an angle. I think the AF15 prices are whacked, but if you can afford it, I'm happy for you. What goes up, will go down and reset again.

That AF 8.0 on Clink is already at $70k! Less than an hour after it opened, WOW!

Great stuff in there, just placed a lot of tracking, hoping to win a few. Lots of good stuff going everywhere, Clink, HA. I'm hoping w/ all these auctions a few I want slide through because people run out of $$$$.

GPA is a good measure for a baseline. Unless all the auction houses report, I just use GPA for informational purposes as I manually track and save the action house sells to use with my GPA data.

He's at Awesome Con in DC in June. First time there for him. $350 VIP event.

Group 2 opened, purchased where I wanted!! Also, I saw that all days still free at Convention except for PN. Perhaps they opened more spots? I like the Hilton spot for me.

I was going to ask the same question. Any other CGC persons there for the Stan Lee VIP event in case Rich Henn can't do it?

I see scalpers reselling ACE parking permits on EBAY already since they purchased them in Round 1. I dislike those trying to make a quick buck compared to those just trying to buy parking for a trip there. Hope no one buys from them and they are stuck w/ the costs of the permits.

This thread cracks me up. What goes up must come down. But I have been waiting for several years for AF15 to cycle back down, and I have been wrong. The grade I really want, but can't afford is 8.0 or higher. Time machine please. One of the few keys I had and sold, and should have kept. So many graded copies for a supposedly hard to find KEY issue (yes, it is a SA key, I know ), I thought the supply would keep the price at a normal price range. I was wrong again. Still pending the max limit for some of these grades, it has to peak eventually.

I'm going to Awesome Con, I live in the area now. Hopefully it is good for the price, $45 an adult on SAT. Very expensive. ?? Anyone know if there is a MEET & GREET of Stan Lee you can pay for at Awesome Con? I would be interested for 3 persons (The family)

Ace Parking Lottery was today, anyone receive an email with a group # or email that said you were not selected. I haven't received either email yet. Just checking to see if anyone has anything. Just Posted on ACE: The lottery registration period has ended. We will be sending confirmation emails to all valid email addresses received. The emails of those selected for the lottery will go out first, with the group not selected second. It may take us several days to get through the list of those not selected. There are over 28,000 entries on the list. We will update Twitter and Facebook when we are finished sending the emails out to those people that were selected. Results in: 15 fake emails, only 1 group 2, one group 6, nothing on the rest. Hope I get what I want the 2nd round!!!
