  2. Well deserved! It's been a pleasure watching your collection being displayed in this thread.
  3. Very nice! #4 doesn't get as much love as #2 and #3 in the run, but it's a cool book nonetheless!
  4. Simply fabulous stuff, Michael. Those Whitmans at the end of the run are my favorites. Well done!
  5. Shoot, you've been on a "sensational" buying spree period!
  6. Count me as an LL admirer. Great pickup! (thumbs u Nice one!
  7. I hope the insides aren't 3D as well Whenever I see this copy (and after the vertigo subsides), I wonder what prompted the original owner to pick this off the rack. Were all the copies at his local store like this and he had no choice? Was it the last copy available? Or did he look at this oddity and say, "Wow, I've got to have that one."?
  8. Pretty, pretty book. Looks like there is a comic book pipeline going from Kentucky to Louisiana.
  9. Great pickup, Bill! Imagine going in and buying this on a Christmas Eve long ago.
  10. but the top 2 teams represent 50% of the final four... and 3 out of 8 in elite... I'd say pretty good representation Who was the 3rd? I think he was thinking Tennessee, but they lost in the Sweet Sixteen to Michigan. Just short of the Elite Eight. Close enough Might of been an Elite Eight match-up for UT and UK if not for a questionable charge call on Stokes with 6 seconds left in that Michigan game. Usually, refs don't like to determine the outcome of games in the final seconds (but they did twice in this tourney...just ask Arizona about Wisconsin).
