I was just as shocked. But while researching the budget, I happened across an interview with Halle Berry where she notes this as one of her biggest mistakes. I bet with a budget like that at the same, that's not what she was thinking.

I think she should've stayed with Fox's X-Men series.

Catwoman was the worst film she's ever done IMO.

She did Catwoman after her Oscar win (she no one to blame but herself)

I believe Wolverine wasn't popular till 82' with the mini-series.

He got more popular in the 90's with the X-Men re-launch & the 90's animated series.

But it wouldn't be till 2000 with the X-Men movie that Wolverine (mainly Hugh Jackman's performance) that he skyrocketed to popularity with mainstream audiences.

Well I finally did it, I got all the hearts/Gold Skulltulas and all side missions in 'Ocarina of Time' and I can now say I've completed everything in both OoT and Majora's Mask.

The audience in my screening were all shocked& gasped when Bucky was revealed as The Winter Soldier (but us comic book nerds already knew his identity )

 

Did any of you get the same reaction from audiences as well?

yeah someone in the audiences said "OMG it's is best friend"

 

Same experience in my theatre, a lot of collective gasping. THAT, my friends, is movie magic when you get folks that know very little about Captain America and yet the plot holds their attention and they become genuinely surprised.

Great acting,great action,great story,great overall

Just noticed the ff x/x-2 hd remake.

 

Are the graphics all that much better? Can't tell from the preview video. All looks the same

They remastered everything (music,graphics,character models,sphere grid)

The lip-syncing is still a problem from the original (they talk out of sync like the Japanese actors in a English-dub Godzilla movie )

It's definitely worth the purchase IMO
