  1. I made it through perhaps the most evil video game level ever conceived over the weekend, Blighttown. if you play or have played Dark Souls you will understand why I think this game level is pure evil.
I know what you mean :pullhair:

Have you been to Tomb of the Giants yet?

    That's a tough level too.

Dark Souls is the most evil game I've ever played :pullhair:

It's more evil than Ghost & Goblins :pullhair: :pullhair:

I can't tell how many times I died in the game (enough to make the Grim Reaper retire early :insane: )

  2. I like Shadow of the Night.

But I think they should consider these titles:

    Legend of the Knight

    Shadow of the Bat

I don't like any of them. But, I still like this one. :foryou:

I like the World's Finest inclusion, but I already felt the man of steel aspects of Cavill's character has been covered already. We get it, he's more than just a man of steel physically. It's like every Bond movie being called James Bond 007: Casino Royale, James Bond 007: Quantum of Solice, James Bond 007: Skyfall. etc.

I'm almost for just a Superman/Batman symbol. I thought the first Batman movie in '89 sucessfully advertised itself with that iconic Bat symbol. Whether you saw tombstones or rounded teeth, it was unforgettable.

Thanks on liking my pick

Since they're calling him Superman after the film.

Why not call it Superman:World's Finest or Shadow of the Bat?

  3. i got a better Man of Steel: World's Finest
    I like it.

But only us comic book nerds will get the connection, where as general audiences will be like "What the :censored: is World's Finest?" :P

When the news first came out of a Batman-Superman movie, someone said that on here and it clicked for me immediately this made the most sense versus going all JLA quickly. I really wish they would take this stance, and call it that.

    MAN OF STEEL: WORLD'S FINEST

    It would be so cool.

    I agree.

It would make an awesome title for the movie.

  4. Well, it looks like the rumored Marvel movie to come out at the same time as Batman vs Superman may end up being Guardians of the Galaxy 2.

'Guardians Of The Galaxy 2' To Face 'Batman Vs. Superman' In 2016

To me, that says GotG 1 may be a pending hit if they are already talking about a follow-up. As a minimum, I'd love to see two solid comic-based movies in 2016. I don't care what company owns the rights.

    :wishluck:

Marvel/Disney is playing Chicken with WB/DC.

  5. I understand that folks on here want Warner Bros. to hear them "Roar" on the interweb over casting, but... we... have... to... wait... to see the actual finished product first.

I remember when I thought the casting of the wonderful Halle Berry was a great idea for "Catwoman". Even though I respected Heath Ledger's body of films, I didn't think he could carry a summer blockbuster as a villain. I originally thought the costumes in Thor looked stoopid from the trailer.

    Etc, etc. :)

    :wishluck::wishluck::wishluck::wishluck:

Don't forget Anne Hathaway as Catwoman (she's too skinny )
  6. Fanboys need to understand that movie studios don't make superhero films just for them.

They're making them for general audiences (fanboys are in the minority)

And they're not going to listen to fanboys about casting.

And stop saying "I'm not going to see it" we all know you're going to see it anyway.

    Fanboys ruin everything.

Its because of Fanboys they added the famous Sam Jackson line in Snakes on a plane

And how many people saw Snakes on a Plane?

    ape_waving_hand_hg_clr.gif

So,no one saw it then lol

Was the movie targeted toward fanboys or general audiences?

    General but listened to Fanboys.

Same way they got the I'm The Juggernaut Biatch" Line in X3

    True,but general audiences already knew the X-Men from X1 & X2.

Which is why X3 made money & not Snake on a Plane.

Nuh uh. They knew snakes from Anaconda and planes from Airplane!

    :roflmao:
