  1. Great looking book. I like the expressions on the witch's/mummy's faces and the skeleton in the over flowing blood red broth is definitely an eye catcher.
  2. Thanks 40Yrs and enjoy your Jungle annual. I have reprints of the Barks Christmas Parade stories but the comics are always better. Thanks for the info on the Buscema President book, Scrooge.
  3. I'm pretty sure I only have 3 Dell Giants. The Vacation Parade #1 I posted earlier in the thread and these two Tarzan's. I'd love to hear recommendations for any Dell Giants that stand above most of the rest due to the interiors.
  4. A bunch of great looking Giants Sqeggs and hepcat. I also really like this Our Gang. Going to add that one to the want list.
  5. Beautiful copy. I've noticed a lot (if not most) of these have printing creases.
  6. Great stuff 40Yrs. I love seeing the interiors, back covers and especially the anecdotes.
  7. I thought your copy was fine but here ya go. Both of our copies have the same corner missing. Maybe it's a production error.
  8. A nice one that I haven't seen before. A creepy scene and I can't tell if the "doctor" in the red dress is a cross dresser or a bald woman with man hands.
  9. #4. The last pre code issue. Looks like Ringo forgot to finish dressing. Thanks to jimjum for this one.
  10. Here's a copy of #3 with the splash from the first story.
  11. I really like the cover to #2 and agree that a Shores filler is nothing to sneeze at. Also, I just looked at my copy and agree that the soon to be dead horse is the one from the cover (and the first story). Here's my copy visiting Yellowstone.
  12. The first 5 issues of this title have 3 Maneely stories each then the next 4 issues have 3 Severin stories each. Not too shabby.
  13. I like this Shores Black Rider in a twister page even though he must have sewn his hat to his forehead.
  14. Thanks guys. I never noticed that about the 4 men on the sub. It works really well.
  15. Here are a couple Everett's where he made it easy to identify.
  16. Thanks Jayman. I always thought Everett also but that was just ingrained in my head from seeing the notation on the CGC label the first time I saw a copy of the book. The #1 is not obviously pure Everett but the #3 issue would certainly appear to be and was done in the same style (graphite/charcoal on textured board). http://www.comics.org/issue/75856/cover/4/ The overall quality of the #1 image speaks to Everett's involvement but there could have been some by Burgos. Thanks for the input Scrooge and adam.
  17. Some nice Baltimore pick-up's Scrooge and it's always good seeing the interiors. I've never noticed the comic reading DDD cover before.
  18. What a great splash page. That would have made a heck of a cover.
  19. Great stuff Boot. I especially like the Junior Partners and Treasure Chest wrap around.
  20. Thanks Jayman. I always thought Everett also but that was just ingrained in my head from seeing the notation on the CGC label the first time I saw a copy of the book.
  21. One of my favorite Atlas or Sci-fi covers. Does anyone know for sure who did the cover? Atlas Tales (Vadeboncoeur) says Burgos, GCD says Everett with Burgos alterations and CGC labels say Everett.
