I would definitely say the FC #38 is a GA western key. I'd also say the following are GA western keys: Crackajack Funnies #9 (First Red Ryder) Gene Autry Comics #1 Lone Ranger Comics #1 (Ice Cream Cone cover) (first western comic devoted to single character). Star Ranger #1 (tied for first western comic) Western Picture Stories #1 (tied for first western comic)
