  1. Optional... as were side mirrors. I guess Lamborghini figured nothing else was fast enough to be next to a Miura!
  2. English Made Simple 1958 Edition. Complete with 192 pages. Few corner creases & light edge wear. No cover stains or tears. $12 shipping included to ConUs. Paypal only.
  3. He became specialized in Miuras because he has 2 of them and worked on his own cars. When collectors saw his work they wanted my dad to work on theirs. He also worked on Nicolas Cages Miura so he could sell it back when he was broke. In 2000 we drove one of my dads Lamborghini’s from LA to a car show in Scottsdale AZ. That was a fun trip, but tiresome after being in that car for hours and hours! Lol! Here is the one we drove, a 1970 Miura S. You can really get a feel for how low the car is when you see it parked next to the other cars in the pics. The other one he has is a 1972 Miura SV. That ones a trailer queen! Lol
  4. My dad has been a mechanic for over 50 years now. He owned his own gas station and service station. He has worked on literally everything, even a Vector! He’s retired now (sort of), but works exclusively on Lamborghini Miura’s built from the late 60’s - early 70’s. He’s THE best there is as many of his clients ship their cars across the country so my dad can work on their cars. Here are a few pics of the 12 cylinder motor he is fixing/restoring.
  5. Honestly if I saw that priced at $1000 I would have passed... but different art moves different people in different ways!
  6. If you have decided to pass, and it’s not a secret, no reason to withhold the art in question anymore. Let’s see it!
  7. All 3 have their good points & bad points. I'd take the DD panel page over the others (Also that's the only one of the 3 I actually bid on!).
  8. Edgar Church signed & dated 1910. I believe this is the only surviving sci-fi piece by Mr. Church!
  9. Here is a piece by Edgar Church (Original owner of the famed Mile High Collection) from 1918.
  10. I've picked up a few copies over the past 30 years.
  11. Those 2 Strange Tales pages were AWESOME! Not too surprised at all on that one.
  12. Here's another rare one & the only known copy in high grade! Jimbo has the 2nd highest graded one at 7.0!
  13. One of the first 7 comics I ever read as a kid was inked by Joe Sinnott. I was fortunate to get a page of OA from that issue a few years back! IMHO the best inker Marvel ever had! Thank you Joe!
