Looks very possible! Ohio Copies generally have fresh off-white to white pages and nice colors to the cover. They have a distinct smell (that to me smells like blue cheese!).

I'm sure I missed a few! Lol

A hero is only as good as the villains he conquers. Chameleon Vulture Doc Ock Sandman Lizard Electro Big Man & the Enforcers Mysterio Green Goblin Kraven the Hunter Sinister Six Scorpion Princess Python Circus of Crime Spider Slayer Crime Master Molten Man Looter ...and his supporting cast... Aunt May Flash Thompson Liz Allen J. Jonah Jameson John Jameson Betty Brant Ned Leeds Norman Osborn Harry Osborn Mary Jane Watson Gwen Stacy Spencer Smythe Professor Warren Professor Stromm Frederick Foswell I'd say Ditko created quite a bit in only 3 years time!

With the exception of 1 rather popular Spider-Man artist, I post all my art. Why? 1. Guess who's CAF room I visit the most? Mine! I like all my art and like seeing it! It's easy to access and show anyone my collection. 2. Sometimes exposure is a GOOD thing! I've made a few really good sales that I would not have made had my collection gone dark. 3. When I'm interested in someone else's art and they see I have a CAF room with decent art, they are more apt to reply to my emails. 4. It's fun! At least for me anyway.

I saw this cover many times on Burkey's site. It looks like a really nice cover and I thought about making a go at it , but never did as I am pursuing other things. I too am in my 40's so I am no young duck either!

So either someone is going to double or triple their money or it's a counterfeit. It looked real to me but I'm no expert on Peanuts authentication. -

With Steve Ditko quitting Marvel so abruptly in 1966, do you think he had already starting drawing art for Amazing Spider-Man #39? When Ditko left DC, he had already finished part of Beware the Creeper #6, so it's possible part of ASM #39 was also completed when he left Marvel. Thoughts?

The Horror! Comics the Government Didn't Want You to Read. 2010. Still shrink wrapped & unopened/unread copy! Includes a bonus DVD. Edited by Jim Trombetta. Introduction by R.L. Stine. The Horror! The Horror! uncovers a rare treasury of some of the most important and neglected stories in American literature - the pre-Code horror comics of the 1950s. These outrageous comic book images, censored by Congress in an infamous televised U.S. Senate subcommittee investigating juvenile delinquency in 1954, have rarely been seen since they were first published. Jim Trombetta provides a detailed history and context for these stories and their creators, spinning a tale of horror and government censorship. 8-in. x 11-in., 304 pages, full color. Cover price $29.95. $24 with free ConUS Shipping. Paypal or check only.
