If only there was a way to enter a date and time in a calendar on one's computer or phone and have it send you a reminder on that date and time! 
I think there's a fortune to be made by anyone smart enough to create such an app! 
 

That posting by Mike said there were 20 reports FROM him in a 48 hour period...a pattern of "Bait, Foment, Incite, Report" it seems. 

That exculpates him from all responsibility for his own words and actions.  It seems it’s his own postings that hold the biggest grudge against him, because that’s where the suspensions come from. 

Ahem... not getting into this as this will derail the thread so I will do this once here and will pursue it elsewhere.
It was VERY easy to dig up your misdeeds as I am the one who did it.  There were angry mobs of people on almost every forum ranging from focuses on Tropical Fish, to Mego, to Star Wars, to Warhammer, to comics.   You have screwed people over in almost every hobby and collecting group over the course of thirty years. 
I did not have to search like "mad."  I did a google search for your name and read the rage posts.  I created accounts and posts like the one I made on Rebelscum asking if anyone had any stories they wanted to share, and people came out of the woodwork.  Even after you were voted into the Hall of Shame people were emailing me stories and sending me links on how you screwed people over dating as far back as 1995 to when you were nominated and voted into the Hall of Shame a few years ago. Why did I go looking?  I vet anyone asking for money that I am about to contribute toward to see if their story is for real.

In the above link there are posts archived where you did the same thing then that you are doing now.  You claim that you are making amends.  That you realize the error of your ways.  That you are a new man.  You are not a new man.  You are the alcoholic that has convinced himself that one beer is okay.    You have a systemic history of ingratiating yourselves towards others over a course of thirty years until you fall off the wagon and screw someone else over again.  Thirty years of history does not lie.  Thirty years of history show that these are not one off events but a routine and I believe you are at that routine again. 
I just tried looking for positive mentions of your name.  THAT is something I am having to search like, "mad" for.   I cannot find anything about the upstanding citizen you claim yourself to be now the accolades for the penance you have made reforming you into the pinnacle of what online businesses should aspire toward.
So stop propping yourself up on a pedestal.  You are a con artist.   When you say you are reformed, that too is probably part of the con.  You are merely currently not playing a mark.  @comix4fun has a good take on it.  Others do as well.   However, we have MANY new members that do not know you.  Even after you were voted into the Hall of Shame members came forward to share that you were trying to conduct business strictly through PMs to hide in the shadows after telling everyone that you would adhere to the forums' wishes and not do business here anymore.  You are a habitual liar and that is all you have demonstrated yourself to be with your actions.

Does anyone need to learn anything from him other than to avoid him? 
We can learn our actual lessons from almost literally anyone else. Especially the obvious “be good to people” which was, what should have been, an obvious shroud to press his rehabilitation tour. 
That might be advice worth taking too. Along with digging into the context of who is posting.

Shoehorning misplaced self aggrandizement (by a hall of shame member no less) into this discussion doesn’t get a pass because a patronizing cliche about customer service is tacked on the end.

It's my understanding that for about the last 10 issues of their run together, Frank was supplying Janson with 8 1/2 X 11 sheets of paper with breakdowns. So the layouts and compositions are Frank's but the lighting and actual work on the page is Klaus's.

Other than catching Covid, this was a very enjoyable buying show.
