Popular Post Shazbot
What movie(s) do you have in your VHS collection that are absolutely awful but you'll never let go of? I think the best terrible movie I have is Gymkata. So bad/good. Logan510, factory sealed, Larryw7 and 2 others
aardvark88
Silly 'Gymkata.' Think it was released around same year as start of Jean Claude van Damme's career (Kumite or whatever that film was called where they introduced the USA/Canada to the term 'shidoshi'.). aardvark88
Still have not been able to stomach more than half way thru David Lynch's writing and directing on "Blue Velvet" 1986 VHS. Somehow Detective Kyle MacLachlan's and sleezy Dennis Hopper's movie voted # 3 on 1980s best USA film list by critics(?). Shazbot

Mystafo
Don't ever make the mistake of attempting to watch this disaster...or do, if your into that sort of thing (I found it hilarious)! Short synopsis: Televangelist causes older lady to cough up some sort of living tumor through his preaching. She throws it in the trash and her 20 something y/o son finds it and keeps it under his bed. It speaks to him telepathically and, as it commands, he brings home human bodies for it to consume. cyclonus11
I am breaking the rules, since I let go of my entire VHS collection (sold it all when I was unemployed back in 2011/2012). But if I still had it, it would be this one: Edited August 24 by cyclonus11 Shazbot

I used to see this at the rental place all the time...reminded me of Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future (a really crazy show for kids to be watching on Saturday morning). Pretty sure I was pretending to be this tank cyborg guy those nights!

It was a pretty popular genre. I remember transferring my copy to dvd back in the late 90s, 4:3 aspect ratio, tracking lines and all because I couldn’t find an official dvd release anywhere. Still a guilty pleasure film I might watch every now and then Edited September 16 by B2D327 Shazbot

MAR1979
Have some circa 1985 Star Trek's that were my late Dads. 2 are still sealed. Would not sell them for anything! Larryw7, comic_memories and CAHokie
